I’m frustrated that my worth in this world is measured more by the numbers of followers, views or visitors that I have and not the merit or impact of my work. You too must start to feel discontent when it comes to your work being judged on hollow numbers alone.

Partially, that's because engagement is an easy binary metric - did they share or not? That's why we need such things are _actual_engagement and narrative, and why the dream of purely algorithmic based marketing will always be that, a dream, and a selfish one at that. Conversations, as you teach, Mr Solis, are the other half of the metrics we should be measuring. It's not just all math! #contentmarketing #publicrelations #brandingstrategy

What do you stand for? ‪#‎WDYSF‬
An important question you must answer before expecting anyone to stand alongside you.
Tweet. August 17, 2015; 1 Comment · PastedGraphic-1. To change, to make things matter to real people, everything must begin with a new perspective and approach. Ask yourself…What do you stand for? It's an important question you must answer before expecting anyone to stand alongside you.

It's About the Customer Experience; So, Why Is Your Brand Ignoring Customers?
Tweet. August 11, 2015; No Comments · Pasted_Image_8_11_15__11_52_AM. Humans are emotional creatures and they want experiences that engage them as humans. They're not eyeballs, impressions, views, likes, shares, clickthroughs, or conversions. A few weeks ago, I visited New York on a beautiful ...

After 2.5 years, this tempestuous journey of labor, love, insecurity and artistry is in the capable hands of Mekanism.

This time around I played the roles of both author and art director. I partnered the Mek team once again to challenge convention on what an analog book means in a digital era. They are talented and visionary beyond words.

The design is beautiful. The layout is immersive. The intention of the narrative is sincere. I'll formally announce it in the coming days as it could be available as soon as next month.

I'm happy, sad, relieved and nervous.

For the investigative type, you can easily find it online. But note, that whatever you find will only offer a remarkable surprise down the road.

There are two ways to change human behavior: 1) Manipulate it or 2) Inspire it.

Real change is an inside job. Only I can change and even that requires the help of a power greater than myself. I am not God. but I can inspire & help others.
