Companies that strive for higher purpose always outperform companies that focus on the bottom line. http://bit.ly/1JWl1De
No one will remember your failures, but everyone will remember your success. If they do bring up your failures and not your successes, question the value they bring into your world and move forward. We live in a time when disruption is happening to us or it can happen because of us.

There is a widening skills gap where the existing workforce has been educated and trained to obtain the jobs of yesterday and not the jobs of today and tomorrow. - Jeff Weiner, +LinkedIn
Tweet. May 21, 2015; 2 Comments · Pasted_Image_5_21_15__6_43_AM. The biggest challenge is not in the understanding or expertise associated with new technology. We can learn that. The biggest problem is our inability to recognize that the experience we have today is not the experience we need ...

The customer journey is now a series of micro-moments that amount to the new reality of consumer behavior.
Remember Google’s Zero Moment of Truth–that moment when a consumer began his or her digital journey through search and next steps were defined by what made the list? Well, Google just shared research about micro-moments, new consumer behavior for marketers to learn and master, and it’s a game changer. What makes this new moment interesting and equally challenging is that it’s not really one moment, it’s a series of micro-moments that amount to the...

We spend much of our time doing things the way they’ve always been done.

Some of our time is spent trying to improve parts of what we do.

What if we dedicated more time to trying new things?

What if we asked “why” or “what if” just a bit more?

It’s the difference between iteration and innovation.

And, it’s a choice.

Either we improve what “is” or completely re-imagine what it could be.

I just returned from Las Vegas where I had the privilege to share the stage with Ashton Kutcher, Scooter Braun among other amazing people.

When I work up this morning, I saw this wonderful summary of my presentation by DMNews. Yay!
Innovation takes more than just technology it takes people.
