One extra step I find I need to do with all these JAR files on a Mac for my son’s Minecraft adventures:

I have to right click on them and open: I then get promoted for an admin password. This only happens once. The JAR file can’t run (it gives an error) but doing this once sets the security down so that JAR CAN run from inside Minecraft.

However, your fix has allowed my son to use the cars and tanks in the WWII mod pack, but for some reason Planes still crash it as soon as he tries to spawn one.

The living Israel is a land with its own language, where ancient place names, in this language, recognised for millennia, are still destinations on road signs. The ancient Jewish calendar marks time and seasons with uncanny precision; where remements of cultural practices like keeping kosher or mikva’ot (ritual baths), are dug out of the ground every time we build a new skyscraper.
Yesterday, at the prestigious Herzliya Conference, Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks spoke at a roundtable discussion titled “Islam and BDS......

Serious Startup Nation question.

Which business bank and specific branch in Tel Aviv can you recommend?

So far, in my non-tech startup life, I’ve used specific branches of Bank Hapoalim, Discount Bank and Misrachi Bank. Not one experience with any of those leads me to rush back for another account but I’m not closed to them. I’m not convinced anyone else is better. It’s a damming indictment, however, that after 6 years I hesitate to use either of my current business banks again.

So does anyone have a POSITIVE recommendation? A bank and people at that branch they’re actually happy with?

We time travel back to 2006 and a non-anonymous interview with an IDF soldier after the last Lebanon war.

Because when it’s soldiers and little girls there are thousands of cameras; when it’s mythical acts of Jewish vandalism there are none.
Exactly how easy is it to cut an olive tree down?

Can you believe this?
You see that headline come across your news desk from a wire service: would you try to fact check it with the Vatican?

Introduction
Brian of London began actively blogging and podcasting one day when he was taken by surprise by a lesbian and wound up on US talk radio. Brian of London is not the Messiah, he's a very naughty boy. One day, when Tom threatened to close his favorite podcast, Shire Network News, pleading a lack of time, he stupidly offered technical assistance with producing the show and half an hour later became the host. Brian's interests include world peace and an end to world hunger. He's also rather keen on saving the free world from its destruction by both its own hand and the malign influence of people who believe the ultimate guide to their existence is to be found in the example of a self proclaimed Prophet with a penchant for marrying 6 year old children.
