If you don't poll your customers and your internal stakeholders periodically, you won't know. If you don't know, you can't improve
Don't wait for a performance review from your boss, peer reviews from co-workers, surveys from your customers - be proactive
Take the time to grab someone who's feedback matters and ask "How'm I doing?"
