I've already sent feedback on this, but wanted to alert those of you who have Blogger blogs (and perhaps otherwise hosted blogs) that referrer spam site vampirestat dot com (DONT GO THERE) is an issue that needs to be addressed by web hosting companies. There needs to be a simple and effective way to block such actors. Their activity could lead to computer virus transmission (should one follow the link to what looks like their biggest fan's site) and definitely obscures the true traffic numbers that Blogger stats displays, making it hard to make good decisions.
+Robert Redl perhaps, but it wouldn't make any difference in terms of effect. Google/Blogger don't seem to care about it, and dozens of others like vampirestat. It's simply not worth the cost or hassle in this case. Perhaps if self-hosting, but this is one of those benefits of SaaS with Blogger.
While my personal circumstances, as far as I know, would indicate a preference for a capital gains tax rate equal to earned income, the optimistic economist in me wants to preserve that bastion of capitalism, free from unwarranted taxation.
