the water tax wont be put back into the infrastructure. the tax will not even meet the running cost. we have already paid for this and on October 1st there will be no tax rebate to us. Our taxes will continue to fund Irish Water and the additional money on the Govt balance sheet will pay the debt from gambler banksters, What will happen is the water tax will increase year old year. hundreds of percent increase. Irish Water with hold up their hands and say they told us, when they aint got enough to fix the leaks. They will go to the gambler markets and borrow and create more debt with its associated costs of interest and austerity for us and profit for them. And when the market has its grip on Irish Water debt the market will own Irish Water and the utility will be bought and sold and stripped and raped by the market (big private for profit companies and investors funds). And the price will continue to rise. And the service will continue to get worse. Think about Telecom Eireann, as Eircom it has had more buyers than Robbie Keane has had football clubs (nearly).
Resit this tax. Save Irish Water. Keep it for people in Ireland.
