Hello Everyone, let me start by telling everyone I am presently enrolled at Oral Roberts University majoring in Church Ministries and Theology, so that I can become either a pastor, a youth minister, evangelist or do pastoral counseling. My heart is helping the youth of today to stay away from drugs, alcohol, gangs, drug dealing, prostitution and fornication are amongst many other things. If anyone needs me to pray for them please feel free to contact me at anytime and also if you know of someone who needs to be prayed for once again feel free to contact me. My heart goes out to the youth of today, because I want them to avoid making the same mistakes I made at their age by doing things such as drinking alcohol, taking street drugs, having sex before marriage and also to stay away from gangs and selling drugs. I want them to be the best person that they can be by going to college and getting a good education so that they can go out into the world and help someone, become someone special and for their dreams to come true. I have been going to church since june of 1999 when I gave my life to Jesus Christ upon Him calling my name I accepted him as my personal Lord and Savior. I love Him with all of my mind, heart, spirit and soul plus want to be a servant not only for Him,, but for everyone in the world. I want to help those that are disabled, less fortunate, battered women, wayward teenagers, criminals, drug dealers, prostitutes and all those that people frown upon due to the fact that they need to have Jesus Christ in their lives as much as anyone else does. I want to be able to if it is God's will for my life to travel the world spreading the uncomprised gospel of Jesus Christ to all those who are lost, hurting and alone. I am 42 years old, but I feel like I'm only 25 years old and feel strong, healthy and willing to do God's will in my life no matter what it may be just as long as I am helping as many people as possible.

First and foremost I would like to thank whoever made the decision to allow only to be a part of your community, because I am blessed to be able to fellowship with all of you love Jesus Christ like I do with all my heart, mind, spirit, and body.  Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Brian Cross, and yes this is my God-given name from birth.  I am currently in the third semester of my junior year where I am enrolled at Oral Roberts University, where I am majoring in Church Ministries via the Distance Learning Program.  Due to the fact that I have been paralyzed from the neck down since June 29, 1994, however, I am not a victim.  But instead I have gained victory through my own personal relationship with Jesus Christ who is my Lord and Savior and the more I learn in my studies about Him the closer and deeper my relationship with Jesus becomes and also gives me more wisdom, knowledge, and better discernment of the people that I allow into my inner circle.  I love Jesus Christ more than my own and if I would post everything that Jesus Christ has done for me in my life, how fortunate I am, and how much I have been blessed since Jesus Christ knocked on the door of my heart and I opened it than Jesus came in there would be no room for anyone else to post anything.  For instance, for anyone who is battling an illness or a doctor has told you that you only have a certain amount of time to live, hopefully this will help you to gain some peace.  When I was nearing my the end of my fourth year being paralyzed I was told by a Dr. that a person with my level of injury generally only lives between 3 to 5 years and now I have lived just over 20 years and three months, so just how tight to your faith in Jesus Christ.  I am living proof that when you believe in Jesus Christ and love Him with all your heart, spirit, mind, and body that nothing is impossible.  I pray that God blesses everyone in this community, meets everyone's needs, that everyone has prosperity, perfect health, and that God protects everyone.  I also pray the same for everyone's families and friends.
God bless everyone,
Brian Cross

I wanted to share with everyone that this Monday I went to the local Juvenile Detention Center and spoke with the teenagers that were there for various reasons.  I was invited to come and speak since it is Bullying Prevention Month and due to the fact that I myself was assaulted by three bullies who broke my neck rendering me paralyzed from the neck down since June 29, 1994.  What I wanted to tell everyone was that when I asked them to be honest and to tell me if they were a bully approximately 75% of both the boys and girls raised their hands.  Then I asked them another question, which did not surprise me when I got the reply.  I asked how many of them that were bullies had been victims of bullies prior to starting to bullying others and every single one of them had been a victim of bullying before becoming a bully themselves.  So, instead of lashing out at those who were bullying others, rather, let's try and get them the  help they need so they can release their pain in a positive manner.  Instead of inflicting more physical and emotional pain on to new victims through means of bullying.  From my point of view, I believe that we need to rethink the approaches we are currently using to eradicate the disease called bullying, because both the victims of all forms of bullying and the bullies themselves not only need to receive counseling to help them with their emotional pain that they are currently going through.  But they also need to be educated on both the causes and effects of bullying and to have someone who has overcome bullying by not being a victim, however, gaining their victory by becoming a motivator, mentor, and an inspiration for those who are either victims of bullying, the bullies themselves, or those who are victims of bullying who have now become bullies.  May God bless everyone, Brian Cross

In life there are many challenges, obstacles, plus trials that we must all, but as long as we have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ we must not live our lives with fear, depression, anxiety, or worrying due to the fact that Jesus Christ has already conquered everything on the Cross for those who love Him with all of their hearts, spirits, minds, and bodies. God bless everyone!
