Hi! I'm new to the group and hoping to get some ideas from experienced RVers. We have a family of 7 and love to road trip around the US, especially the National Parks. I bought a 2016 Ford Transit 12-passenger van a year ago under the impression it could haul a camper pretty well. In the market now for a travel trailer that sleeps 7+ and finding very little within the tow capacity of the van. Does anyone here tow with a Transit? If so, how much trailer to do you tow and how's it handle? Thanks!

Pit Barrel Cooker is being delivered on Friday...anyone have any tips, recipes, or must-have mods to share? Thanks!

Hi all! It's time to replace the Weber kettle as some small holes have rusted through. Been a great grill over the past 15 years - gonna miss it. So I'm looking for some recommendations from the group here for a sturdy product that's sized well to cook for a family of 7 regularly and often many more than that. I also enjoy smoking, so considering a grill with the offset firebox. Are these good, or is it a matter of doing two things well, but neither great? I've seen the Oklahoma Joe which seems sturdy, but haven't talked to anyone that's used one.

Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance.

Any feedback on Vision Grills kamodo grills? Sam's has a nice looking kit for $600. Worth it? I've been using a Weber kettle for 12+ years for cooking and smoking.

I'm trying to find a good source for grass-fed beef. I'm in the St Louis area, but will consider online sources if nothing local. Any suggestions or recommendations? Thanks!

First attempt at deep dish pizza. Maybe a bit too much sauce.
