Would have rated this 10 stars, but only allowed 5. :) I had meant to try yoga again after 20 years away from it. I had been thinking about Sundara since they opened in the fall of 2014, but didn't actually start until the spring of 2015 after some personal life changes and experiences. I have been practicing yoga here ever since 4-6 days a week. Great priced plans and rates. The instructors are awesome and the experience has helped me both physically and mentally in more ways than I can count. When the summer started, I was going through a separation with my spouse of 22 years, and felt broken. Practicing yoga helped me cope with this everyday and I was able to get through the days, weeks, months and seasons and keep calm and centered and heal. Physically, I lost 25 lbs of fat and have abs now. I've never had abs before. Its a superficial kind of thing on one level, but I think it does stress just how powerful the exercise can be when we practice yoga. I can't recommend this enough! They (currently) offer a 21 days of yoga for $21 plan. This is a somewhat standard type of offering. Yoga is meant to be a practice and helps if we make a habit of practicing it. Truthfully, a person needs to go several days in a row to get used to it. I believe anyone can feel the benefits after just a few days, but I definitely felt and saw the benefits after my first 21 days.

Fast, professional and solved the problem. I just moved into a new apartment. The ice maker wasn't working and the apartment complex called Joe's Appliance Service in Gaston County. Joe was out the next day, and quickly tracked down the problem, replaced the part and things were up and running. Would definitely recommend!

OK, so here's the deal. I've worked with a couple different reps at this store, purchasing two different phones/lines. The service was great. the trick is this, they are usually pretty busy. You go in, put your name on a list and expect to wait 20 minutes or so. That may seem like a pain in the butt, but here's why it is worth the wait. Whenever I have gone in, they FIX the problem. :) I've had issues, tried calling Sprint, got a run around. Go to the store, issue goes away! Tried calling the manufacture of one of my phones (Palm pre) they gave me a severe run around for days. Went into the store, problem solved. :) My advice, it may be a little inconvenient to go in to a store in person. We're used to calling up, or going online to get things fixed often times, but if you have an issue just go into this store and they will probably be able to fix the situation faster than anyone. PS their phone menu system may drive you a bit nuts, or even hang up on you. (go in)

I live in Belmont but just across the border from SC and Lake Wylie is actually closer for me. Found this little place (not a full service post office) when the Belmont PO was closed again. This is actually a whole lot closer for me and best of all, it was open when all of the Gaston County Post Offices were closed! 1) Great alternative 2) Closer 3) It's Open when Gaston County Post offices are not sometimes! It is small, and while I was 2nd in line when I got there, the line was 8 deep by the time I paid and left. They have 3 lanes, but today only staffing 1 lane. Still convenience even with a line saved me time.
