Very good article on why you should regularly review your beneficiary designations on everything, not just your 401k . . .

Important advice for those with a 401K. Basically, the Beneficiary(s) designated on your 401K account trump your Last Will and Testament. So if you designated your first wife/husband as beneficiary 15 years ago, have since gotten divorced, remarried and had kids, but never changed that beneficiary designation on your 401K account -- the entire contents of your 401K will still go to your first wife/husband no matter how your current Will reads. Counter-intuitive, but true nonetheless.
Even where there is a will, there can be a won’t. That is the hard lesson learned by the three adult children of a wealthy telemarketing executive who died suddenly last month.

Fair, responsible, reliable, reasonable, skilled -- what more can I say? I've a Saab owner who's been bringing my cars to Lakeshore since they first opened in 2002, and I have never been disappointed.
