We apologize for the situation.
Many times we have asked your friend to give us our equipment back and a refund will be made. According to the phone records, a promise to return our materials was made on behalf of the client. And this promise has been repeatedly broken. We have repeatedly stated: “Be assured that we do understand and we’ll refund you. But only when your equipment is returned.“ And we did refund your friend as mentioned in various exchanges with Miss P-L.
We invite you to read Section 6, which states:
“’Bravo Telecom remains the owner of the provided, leased or loaned Equipment and the Customer must use it with care, prudence and diligence.
In the case that the equipment in question is broken, lost or not returned, 15 days after the date of termination of the agreement, the customer authorizes Bravo Telecom to charge for the compensation corresponding to the equipment provided, under the same payment method chosen for the service fees.“
