Bram Leland Scolnick founded Alterra Realty Group in 2005 with the sole purpose of doing things his way – clients first.  Bram offers a unique level of real estate expertise combined with an uncommon level of professionalism.  Bram is a licensed real estate broker, offering thorough service from start to finish, focusing personally on commercial real estate.  He has completed a variety of transactions including luxury retail centers, multi-tenant office properties and vast warehouse spaces throughout Florida.  Bram has an extensive business background providing him with great insight to what matters most in a transaction, the client. His established relationships with complimentary service professionals, combined with an expansive professional network of resources provide a unique advantage to his clients.

Bram completed his BFA in 1992 and a BArch in 1993, both from Rhode Island School of Design. His extensive work in architecture is a unique compliment to his current services.  He has owned an import/export company which manufactured products in Asia and Mexico for nearly 5 years. He co-founded an Internet company in 1999 which later sold in 2001, just before beginning a real estate career.  Bram’s diverse background has helped him understand what it means to not only own, but run a business.  Most importantly, he learned how to cater to the needs of his clients.  His unique background is one of his most valuable professional assets.

Today’s market can be a challenge. In order to navigate the complex decisions involved in today’s real estate market requires the guidance of a professional.  Bram is committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, timeliness and enthusiasm.  Bram provides his clients information and experience necessary to assist them in making real estate investment decisions throughout the changing market cycles.

Haven't had the food yet.. just picked it up and was greeted by the sweetest young girl. Her personality alone was welcoming. It also helped that the food smells AMAZING. Awesome to walk into a restaurant and just feel welcome. ** just had the food.. WOW!!! AWESOME! I'll be back! Only "complaint" is that the HOT isn't hot enough for me. Otherwise, truly delicious and A LOT of food too.

In November, my laptop, in my padded briefcase, fell. No immediately discernible damage. In a few weeks, it seemed that something with a hinge was wrong. And the keyboard wasn't working quite right. I took it to PC Lauderdale. December 18th. THREE WEEKS LATER.... I had the laptop back. It was mangled. First, the case is metal. The bottom wraps around and behind/under the screen. According to Andy, b/c the case is a "precision fit" he had to bend it back to fit after taking it off. He used a pair of pliers and not only scratched the case, but bent it so badly it was no where near aligned anymore. And a screw was sticking out. The message he gave? That's the best it's going to get. Meanwhile.. it wasn't like that when I brought it in. Oh.. and they "new" keyboard they installed... CAP and NUM lock.. DIED. It get's better!! The hinge wasn't actually repaired. I was told it would cost $28 to replace. I said OK! Andy decided he would use GORILLA GLUE. Guess what!? It didn't work. It didn't work from the second I had the machine back and I complained! I couldn't close the machine bc the hinge wasn't actually fixed or glued. And now.. my touch screen is cracked b/c of the hinge. And it was fine when I first brought it in back in December. NOW.. i am told it's MY cost. Don't worry.. I have all the emails to back this up.. texts with Eric too. My wife was witness to some of this junk as well. Now, on February 12th, almost 2 months after I first brought the machine in, it's STILL not fixed and back at their shop only b/c I don't want to start over elsewhere and I am certainly not letting them off easily. This has been one of the worst experiences EVER. Don't call Andy to ask questions. 9x out of 10, he won't pick up his phone. IF he does, he's rude, snappish. And It's clear why the repairs are slow. Every time I have been there, outside on a cigarette break. Their work shop is now a joke. It's an office space, actually.. a DESK in an office space.. with a few small shelves of some parts and a few laptops strewn around. It is my fault. I should have never trusted them to service my machine. and the CREAM on top??! LENOVO told me had I called them in December, they may have fixed it for FREE!!!!!!! Andy and Eric are "Certified" Lenovo techs. Why didn't they know this?? Andy didn't know half the things about my touch screen. It's an absolute joke. Sadly, this is likely going to end up in court. I'm furious.

Nothing short of amazing. My parents just moved to Fort Myers from NY; we drove over from Fort Lauderdale to visit with my kids, and we all wanted something unique. This place has, by far, the best ice cream we've had. 100% homemade, 200% delicious, 300% will be back again. They make their own cakes too. Best of all, they serve actual food.. we went back the next day for breakfast and were blown away. From super healthy to super-kids-want-more. Just delicious! Fresh squeezed juices; amazingly fresh made cappuccino. I had an iced figuring it would be milk with a hint of coffee. To all the adults, remember Over the Hedge? The little squirrel after the energy drink? That's how strong the iced cappuccino was and FLAVORFUL! And, best of all, service. POLITE. Appreciative of us being there. Waitstaff was so kind, and accommodating; the folks behind the counter; gracious and patient!! (we had 3 kids, other folks had younger kids... just so awesome). We were in Fort Myers again just over a week ago, and on the way out, made a point to drive down the beach to stop for an iced cappuccino for the drive back. My wife asked to share mine.. I laughed and ordered 2, because it's too good to share :) Go hungry b/c they give generous portions. I couldn't finish all of mine, even my boys who eat everything couldn't finish it all. We will be back many times! If these owners aren't millionaires yet, please, visit them often so they can become millionaires. They deserve it.

Exactly what I expected. Home-like service. Super friendly people and good food. It's no 5 star joint. It's a breakfast cafe, South Florida Farmland style. Smells like fresh food. It's clean and cozy.

Never heard of your place til today, and I only heard of it b/c one of my wife's best friends called after having been ignored. The shop wasn't busy, and the one lady who could have helped him ignored him, while talking to another employee. She then jumped all over the next person in the door (a white guy). My wife's friend is a black gentleman. When he stated that he was there first and simply wanted to order a bagel, she snapped back "can't you see I'm talking? When I'm done I'll deal with you and proceeded to help the other guy who had walked in afterwards. I wasn't there, I didn't witness this, but I can vouch for my wife and her friend. If true, what a pathetic state of events. Last time I checked, Money is Green regardless of who's holding it. Not the best way for people to hear about your restaurant....
