Nice title. 1 min in, even once the preview started it's still really boring. Turned off. Get this thing going. This is YouTube.

I made a listicle of Brooklyn made games (Board, mobile and video) that I really want to get a chance to try:
We have been covering games in a variety of ways here at Technical.ly Brooklyn, but we haven't had a chance to play many of them (for a variety of reasons). Here's a list of some we regret missing out on (so far). :joy: 0. lol. 0. win. :hatching_chick: 1. cute. :scream: ...

New Year's Resolution to get fit? Cool. Don't get a gym membership you won't use. Buy my bike and start rocking the Prospect Park loop: http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/bik/4827896009.html
I'm selling my Bianchi bike. The frame is a 2007 Bianchi Vigorelli. Most of the components are older than that. I put a rack on it a few years ago to do a century, but it can be taken off if you want

I'm bummed that you did the VC line and the thing at the end, because without those there's a decent chance that some pack of liberal undergrads at Haverford would have raised a storm about this as if it were real.

Some quick feedback: 25 seconds into this thing and nothing interesting has happened. Attention is short on YouTube. This isn't a movie preview where you have a captive audience. Put that junk at the end.

There's a new sneak peek out with Sean Bean doing the voice of lead character. Maybe you'll like that one.

I think Sleepy Hollow is now borrowing from this too as they gather all the souls released from Limbo. (rolls eyes)

New year's resolution: don't tell people about my goals:
http://www.ted.com/talks/derek_sivers_keep_your_goals_to_yourself
After hitting on a brilliant new life plan, our first instinct is to tell someone, but Derek Sivers says it's better to keep goals secret. He presents research stretching as far back as the 1920s to show why people who talk about their ambitions may be less likely to achieve them.

It's done nicely, like a Union Hall knock off, but then you go in and the stupid football game is blaring out of their dumb flatscreens. If you want to be a sports bar then why did you waste all the money on the hardwood? Throw out some cheap chairs, tape up some Coors posters and be done with it.

My favorite museum of all time. It's like a Nintendo game. You never know what you'll discover if you look into a corner that maybe isn't really just a corner.

They should take their smoothie off the menu. I got one here. It was five dollars for... I don't know what the hell this is. Some soy milk blended with like six blueberries? If the staff doesn't want to make it, they shouldn't offer it. I find the place inconsistent. Sometimes I like it, but it has that whole vibe of a group of friend's clubhouse, where they find outsiders a little annoying and you should feel really grateful that they have deigned to (slowly) fill your order. I am sure it is awesome if you are in the club tho. This smoothie is that bad, yeah. WTF.

Ugh. Needed to mail one letter.Regular stamp. Totally baffled them. Took five minutes at arctic pace with no one in line and they had no change.

If you come to this location, bring something to do in line. You'll be waiting. Even if no one is in line in front of you.

I went in here because I saw they were advertising a cold brewed to-go coffee concentrate. It occurred to me that they might have the cold brewing filters that I usually have to order on-line. They did. So, yes, I cold-brew my coffee. It's a method of making coffee probably used by 1% of coffee drinkers. You'd probably think that makes me one of those coffee snobs, but I'm not. I like coffee. I'm even down to learn a little about coffee, but you'll never hear me criticize how someone drinks coffee, what they put in it, etc. As I am waiting to check out, I see they have a perfectly fine price on a blend that they are calling there "Iced Coffee Blend." So I ask for a pound of it as I needed some anyway. When I asked why it's their "iced coffee blend" the salesmen said it's just what they use to cold brew coffee and they think it comes out smooth. He was completely not-precious about it. His attitude implied, "We like it but we're not pretending that we're magicians or anything." When you go to a coffee shop and they make a giant deal out of everything, I'm not into that. I like it better when folks both try to give you what you like, just as you like it but also don't pretend that there is a "right" way to enjoy coffee. These folks seemed to get that. So I dug it. I'll stop in again when I find myself on Bleecker St. And I know I will find myself there.
