This pretty much the best classical guitar video ever. Enea Leone plays for Allegro BWV 1005 by Bach. Make sure to watch past 30 seconds where the camera works gets interesting. I particularly love from 'inside the guitar' view but also some of the other effects and just the amount of variety in angles. Great playing too of course! Another one from our March concert...so pretty. Victoria Guitar Trio Play Suspended Waltz (1998) by Rodney Sharman. This is originally from his wonderful chamber opera Elsewhereless, it was then arranged for for mandoline, guitar and harp. THEN, Michael arranged it for trio! So it's been around the block so to speak. https://youtu.be/TBOXz8RnGRc

Bingo-bango, sugar in the gas tank, the classical guitar newsletter strikes again. http://eepurl.com/WXx3n
Link goes to Amazon.com. Yamaha Guitalele - These fun 'little guitars' are great from traveling and hanging out with friends. Small enough to take trips and planes but with six strings so you can play as you normally would on a guitar. ------------------------------------------------- ...

Tenuto (left) & Gitano (right) Guitar Support Tenuto Guitar Support vs Gitano Here's a brief review of these two excellent products with slight differences. I've use the Gitano a ton but the Tenuto is just as good. I don't perform with either, but I teach and practice with them to save my back. Here are links to the products mentioned in the video: My Review of multiple guitar supports and rests Tenuto Guitar Support Gitano via Strings by Mail A...

The 'Tenuto' looks interesting because of the two extra suction pads. I use a 'Gitano' (also in performance, what little of it I do) and I do find it can slip at times (but I'm not going back to the foot-stool, I really don't like those). The problem with the 'Tenuto' for me is precisely... Calgary, local company. Juan T has tons of 'Gitanos' at the London Guitar Studio down the road here in London, getting hold of the 'Tenuto' would be a little more difficult. I'm prepared to revise that statement, though:)

This is a modified variation of the popular Punjabi recipe Dal Makhani. I've added kidney beans, broth, and some modified spices. Ingredients: 1 cup whole black lentils (these are essential); 1/2 cup red whole lentils (do not use split lentils, they turn to mush!) 1 cup red kidney beans (canned) ...
