+Ryan Wells and +bradedgardotcom have added some incredibly useful functionality to Microsoft Office Excel with this add-on which allows you to conditionally format shapes.

I'm excited to announce the release of CF Shapes - the Excel Add-In that enables support for conditional formatting for shapes!

Cells have had this feature for years, and now, with the CF Shapes add-in, shapes do, too.

You finally have a way to supercharge your dashboards and escape the restrictive Excel grid interface. I partnered with +bradedgardotcom to develop this incredible product so you can build stunning dashboards and reports to help you make smarter business decisions.

Rows and columns are boring. We believe this product will change the way you create interfaces by allowing you to make and modify shapes whose colors automatically change based on your pre-defined criteria. You will be able resize, reposition and apply effects to these shapes, so your key metrics are sure to stand out.

Subscribe to our mailing list at http://cfshapes.com/ for a 20% discount. Offer is valid through July 31, 2015.

My wife found this lovely tea sampler while she was in South Africa recently, which leads me to a question.  Which continent has figured out the best way to consume tea?  Vote in the poll below, and share your favorite tea (true or infusion) in the comments.

Included in the sampler are:
     - Kenya Malaika
     - Darjeeling
     - Genmaicha
     - Jade Mountain
     - Snow Buds
     - Jasmine Pearls
     - Earl Grey
     - Sakura
     - Chai Spice
     - Sweet Dreams
     - Rooibos Vanilla
     - Forest Berries

It's a sad day.  +Disney Parks is set to replace Epcot's Maelstrom with a Frozen-themed ride.  I don't think this new Frozen ride is appropriate for Epcot's World Showcase.  It belongs in Magic Kingdom.

Maelstrom, in the Norway Pavilion, just celebrated its 25th birthday last year.  Featuring a 28-foot flume drop along a chilly boat tour through Norwegian scenes ranging from Vikings to trolls to oil rigs, even a peek through a hole in the exterior of the ride building, Maelstrom was perhaps my favorite ride in all of Epcot.  It will be greatly missed.
When Walt Disney promised that Disneyland would never be completed, so long as there is imagination left in the world, he made a promise to our guests that we take seriously at all our locations around the world. This year, one particular product of imagination -- Disney Animation’s blockbuster hit Frozen -- captured the hearts and minds of people around the world and gave us a new opportunity to make good on Walt’s pledge.

Do you think my horse has a shot of winning the Belmont Stakes, today?  I think the +Google Photos neural network could use some help in the equine department

Also, my human neural network can't quite figure out why +Google Photos thought this would make a nice panaroma.  Close, but not quite:  https://goo.gl/photos/SQbA99GhcrHNYzr99

Would you be willing to miss a meal #forthemission ?
Skip lunch, pray for the nations, and text 4mission to 80888 to donate to global missions the $10 you would have spent on a meal

Ebola in the United States
I wanted to take a few moments to present some facts.   Ebola is not infectious unless the person is showing symptoms, and even then it's only through direct contact with body fluids.  This patient flew from Liberia on 19th, and he was not showing symptoms when traveling (hence, not contagious).  He started showing symptoms around the 24th and was admitted to a hospital.  He was released, but re-admitted to a hospital a few days later.

It's very similar to a case we had here in Senegal.  An individual came from an infected country and was diagnosed in Senegal.   The individual had contact with family members, two medical facilities, and in the community.  Health officials managed to effectively isolate the patient and locate 60 people with whom he had come in contact.  They monitored these individuals for the 21-day incubation period.  The man recovered and was repatriated, and Senegal is now Ebola-free.  Now consider how much more capable the United States is at containing this virus.  Hopefully you find this encouraging.

One last thing.  Prayer.  We are thankful God has protected Senegal, and we pray he continues to do so.  As for this case in America... Pray for the patient, pray for the medical workers, and pray for cooperation from the community members.  While you're at it, say a prayer for the situation here in West Africa.

Hospital where the guy is being held is on my way to work, 2 miles away from my apartment.  People are to say the least, flipping out here.  I unfortunately have a cold right now, no fever or anything....just a cold.  And even if i tell people that, they're getting frightened.

Luckily my co-workers are calm.

Little Drummer Boy
This young man is developing his African rhythm at an early age.  Taken in a village in southern Senegal with a Sony NEX-5N.
