The first ones evoke the feeling of a home cooking restaurant, kinda' tacky and cheap (you can't beat the meatloaf or grits, though). The second ones feel like a "farm-to-table bistro," a more elegant and expensive affair, but lacking the salt-of-the-earth charm of a real farmer's market.
The first one doesn't make me want to play it, because it makes the product feel tacky. The second one does look nicer, but it doesn't really feel true to a "farmer's market." I'm sure there's a third, better option.
This popped into my head when writing this comment: http://m.almanac.com/sites/new.almanac.com/files/2015-old-farmers-almanac.jpg
I'm also not sure if this is digital or for print. That would affect the decision as well.
