I listen to music while I work, and while I was doing BMX, I would listen to my music heavily.
 
Definitely. And I measure endurance by songs, like "today I ran nonstop through 10 songs, and I'll beat it next time by doing it for 11." Bugger if some songs are 5 mins and some are 3.5....they make me go longer!
