Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and I apologize that everything was not up to your expectations. We are a small family business, and we pride ourselves on being one of the cleanest, nicest marinas in the Southeast. We work hard to maintain our facilities each year, and we are always striving to improve. We have ample parking for our lodging, boat rentals, and marina guests. Our parking lot near the store and boat ramp does tend to fill up on busy weekends, but we have a much larger parking lot available just above it, and an additional overflow parking lot near our entrance. We have a large lawn in the middle of our property, and this customer parked their truck in our grass rather than moving up to our large lot. We politely asked him to move his vehicle, as we try to keep the lawn clear for the use of our guests. In regards to dogs on the dock, you may have seen bird droppings, but our staff walks the docks proactively everyday to keep our walkways and our rafters clear and clean. Our marina has 5 docks with 200 covered slips with plenty of space for the boats and our boat owners. We also have plenty of space for trailer parking in the field near our entrance. We are also the only marina on the lake with 2 gas docks, one for our slip renters / lake customers, and another for boat rentals. This effectively divides the boat traffic so our customers can always get fuel faster with shorter wait times, and our boat rentals get on and off the lake quickly and efficiently.
