Thank you for your business with us and for taking the time to write a review. I'm happy to hear that everything was great with your boat rental. I remember speaking with your group when you returned to the dock, and everyone was very pleased. I'm sorry to hear that your positive boat rental experience was overshadowed by a long wait for the restroom. We do currently have 2 public restrooms. We are hopeful that we will be able to expand our public restroom area in the future. We have been limited to 2 bathrooms in the past by our septic capacity due to our rural location and limited drain field space. We also have a clean, new portable restroom with free-standing hand wash station to help with high demand times during the summer. During the vast majority of the season, we have enough restrooms to handle customer demand. When you visited on 4th of July weekend, it was our busiest weekend of the year. It was also during our boat rental turnaround time when we have a large number of boats and customers coming back in and then going back out during a short period. I apologize for the resulting wait, but I assure you that it is not a normal circumstance to have to wait so long.
