Good times all around. I was worried about moving to NE because I didn't think I would have a neighborhood bar, I was wrong. This place is full of locals from the neighborhood and folks who want to come and see what's happening in this great hood in the District. I have to start with the wings because they will keep you coming back again and again. They are sweet, smoky, and spicy all at the same time and damn I want some now just writing this. Any place that has amazing wings and a great selection of bourbon and whiskey is a winner in my book. Boundary Stone and Public House can get crowded so be prepared. You can always score a drink from the bar and hawk a table until it becomes open. Which if you like's worth the wait.

I stopped in here with a friend for a pint and a quick dinner to go. The draft beer selection had some solid selections. The menu was vegetarian friendly and marked as such. The food itself tasted good as well. The service was friendly. I liked the rustic feel of the place. I'd go back if I found myself over there again.

Boundary Stone has my favorite wings in DC. They're sweeter than your traditional buffalo wings, but they are perfectly crispy without any excess breading and just the right amount of sauce. The sauce is so good you really don't even need any blue cheese dressing for dipping. I'm not a big whiskey drinker, but they have quite the selection. They have a decent beer selection too, but wine choices are a bit limited. Very casual atmosphere.

Wonderful local gastropub. I tend to frequent here for brunch for their mimosas and huevos racheros or steak and eggs. They have a huge whiskey selection, 6-8 predominantly local draughts, and quite a solid bottled selection, so in the evenings I stop by for a pour and some steak frites. During football season, they have the TVs on but keep them quiet, except for big games. Good people. Good drinks. Good food.

Boundary Stone was right down the street from the Air bnb house that we rented for the weekend. It was recommended by our host and we LOVED it. The drink selection is full of local great craft beers and the food was out of this world. We showed up with a party of 10 on a crowded Saturday night and the management was more than accommodating. Love Boundary Stone

Have been here for brunch, happy hours, and just late night drinking -- and there are few spots in D.C. that do it as well as they do. Great beer on tap and in cans, fantastic whiskey selection, and they have food quality to back it all up. This is a place that is the perfect gastropub. Highly recommend going here at any time of the day.

Went here for the first time last night. The Boundary Stone is a neighborhood pub in the Bloomingdale area of NW DC. It has a nice outdoor patio when weather permits and the inside it quite cozy. The beer selection is primarily local brews on tap from DC Brau to Atlas Brewery with some standards mixed in, like Guinness. What I liked best was their extensive bourbon selection which has a lot of variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and the doorman was really nice.I didn't try the food, but the selection seemed typical for a neighborhood pub, meaning burgers, wings, etc. all with a gourmand touch.
