Good times. Even though it was very busy with multiple birthday parties on a rainy holiday weekend, it was great to play with our 20 month old in the "under 5" area. Staff was very friendly and attentive and helped corral the bigger kids away from our little one, who absolutely loved it. Will come again.

It is such a fun place to hang out after school or even on weekends, but get there early because it gets so busy. There have been groupons which have to helped make it more affordable. 2-3 hours is generally plenty of time to tire everyone out. Be sure to bring water bottles and watch out for the snacks that they sell. Allowance will disappear quickly. I am looking forward to their expansion this winter.

Great place - Kids love this place. Very well run by people that truly seem to care about their customers.

Kids had fun, but will not be going back anytime soon. The place is a bit overpriced ($12) for an hour. But most annoying are the endless unnecessary rules, and the people who enforce them. It is understandable that they want to keep the environment safe, but it takes the joy out of the experience when you are approached ten times in an hour about things you should not be doing. For example, 8 yr old brother cannot jump with younger sister on kid trampoline (even though nobody else was there) only the parent can jump with the younger kid. Also, parent allowed to put FEET into foam pool, but not other body parts (?@!) You can pay for an exrta half an hour before your time slot, but only for a full hour if you want to extend(?!) why all these rules? Is customer satisfaction such a foreign concept?
