Check out the latest from our friends at SCExAO who are using the BMC 2K deformable mirror. Olivier Guyon and Nem Jovanovic are incredible researchers who have been able to push the limits of adaptive optics to obtain the highest resolution images of exoplanets to date. http://hubs.ly/H06gxD90 @physorg_com

Check out this article in @TheEconomist on the latest in searching, finding, and photographing exoplanets. Boston Micromachines deformable mirrors take part as the adaptive optics element of many of these planet-finding instruments.

The instruments take advantage of our 4K-DM (used in the Gemini Planet Imager) and 2K-DM (used in SCExAO), which are now available for purchase.
