I do not recall you reaching out to us, but we provide a warranty on the functionality of all of our repairs! Any issues with the touchscreen or display on your 5S would be covered by us, free of charge, as long as your screen is not physically broken or cracked. Feel free to contact us if you would like to resolve this.
As for your iPad cracking again, that is truly unfortunate--I'm sorry. Since the manufacturer does not accept parts back in this condition, we cannot fix this free of charge, but we can offer a significant discount for a repeat repair. We recommend that all iPad owners use some kind of protective case as these tend to shatter more easily than iPhones.
