It's actually been a mild (and extremely dry) winter here in Albuquerque, so I hadn't even pulled out my slow cooker all season. Traditional corned beef and cabbage would be the ideal time to fire it up. I don't usually post food photos, but this dinner was so delicious I just had to share.
