I'd like to clarify that you did not pay for an estimate, but rather for a skilled technician to come to your home and evaluate the situation, prepared to do the work for you. The costs of business for a professional service company is largely dominated by the expenses we bear with skilled professionals and the cost of bringing them to our customer's homes.
