This was the 2nd, time that Bruce saved my bacon. He had installed new hot and cold water valves when we purchased a low volume clothes washer, two years ago. This time I had removed our old kitchen faucet and flawlessly installed a new one.  I could not reconnect the water sources.  Not only did Bruce put new valves in and get us up and running, but he did a though evaluation and insopection of the plumbing both inside and outside our home.  He was pleasant and informative.
I giive him 6 stars, just for his patience and communication skills. 5 stars for ajob well done.   We will see more of each other in the near future.  I signed up with BAM.

Bryan Ibay completed my BAM Air Conditioning/Heating tune up. 5 stars! He was knowledgeable, courteous, quick, did everything he should have and even asked if he could come a little earlier than the appt.  Great job!

Extremely satisfied with Bonney! Have been a Bonney customer for a few years and in all cases they were positive experiences - all knowledgeable techs. We like their BAM program - recommend checking it out. Lee Liriano did a very thorough job checking out our air conditioner - even showed me pictures of what he done right down to meter readings!! Very pleased with him and very friendly too. Gotta rate today's experience a 5!!

The service provided was great. The technician was Lupe - 190 and he was so efficient and explained what he was doing and why. He was very pleasant and friendly and I felt confident he would fix the drain problem. He tested everything before he left to make sure everything was working properly. I love Bonney services. Just happened to see your TV ad right at the time I needed a plumber. I definitely would recommend your company.

Joey came today to perform the preventative maintenance on our heating system. We have been a "BAM" customer for a couple of years now. It took only 30 minutes to review our heating system and Joey found the blower motor leaking oil. He was able to placement the motor while here and probably saved us possible grief later this year during the peak summer season. Way to go Joey and thank you for looking out for our comfort. Boyd M. We contacted Bonney Plumbing on Friday and was able to schedule someone to come on Saturday afternoon. We received a phone call Saturday morning and were given an earlier appointment, which worked out wonderfully with our plans for the day. Dwaine Douglas arrived right on the scheduled time and was able to diagnose our problem quickly. He was very professional and explained everything as he took care of our plumbing problem. He certainly is an asset to his company and I would recommend both he and his company for plumbing repairs.

Last summer I bought the BAM membership from Bonney. The first tune-up was the Air conditioning maintenance which subsequently cost me $600 in repairs not to mention that the customer service was mediocre at best. With that said, I was a bit leary about continuing the program and the two following tune-ups for Heating and Plumbing. However I was pleasantly surprised when the technician, Lee Liriano #300 came to conduct the Heating tune-up. He was very friendly, informative, polite and patient. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He took pictures and explained every detail of the parts and their functions to me. He was very professional and articulate in his job. I appreciated him taking his time and not making me feel like I was just one of many customers that he does work for. He seemed to enjoy his job and it showed in his demeanor and personality. To top it all off, the tune-up didn't cost me any more more money. Thank Goodness!!!! Lee Liriano, tech #300 did a wonderful job and should be commended for his excellent customer service. My faith in Bonney has gone up because of my experience with him.

I called Bonney at 9:00am for a heating issue and by 11:00am Phill Vieira, the technician was at my house. After a quick diagnosis the problem was identified and fixed. This is where it ends with other technicians I've dealt with in the past. Phill went above and beyond to find out why the system was failing prematurely . He found two simple issues that were causing the parts to fail and took care of them as well. Two other companies had serviced the unit over the past year and stopped at the fix. Phill was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bonney and will continue to use them. Without Phill I most likely would be calling for another repair in 6 months time.
