I am very sorry you are not satisfied with your dental work with our clinic.
I will let you know that our prices are comparable to other dental offices within the Plymouth area. We search other dental fees in our area using our long-time consultants and our fees fall within range of other dental providers in Plymouth. I can assure you that 2 or 3 fillings will not exceed a patients' yearly maximum with their insurance plan.
We also ask for feedback to every patient at every appointment. An email is sent after their appointment to rank their overall satisfaction with care. Did you not receive this email? If you did not, I would be more than happy to send this to you. These surveys are an essential part of our customer service based dental practice. And we take each survey serious and if corrections need to happen, we make them happy.
And, yes, we were misfortunate to have a break in to our office the Eve of Thanksgiving. The thieves broke our window facing Hwy. 55 (in plain sight) and ransacked our office finding lock boxes and one computer. I worked that night very diligently emailing each active patient within our office. Yes, there were quite a few patients that had to replace checking and credit cards. We do feel terrible and acted responsibly to get this information to our patients in a timely manner.
