Minty Passion Fruit, Banana, Bok choy, and Mango Smoothie - Passion fruit does make every smoothie better. And they are in abundance on our local market right now. Woot woot.

SERVES 2 FOR BREAKFAST

2 cups bok choy, packed
2 cups water
2 big passion fruits
1 big banana
1 mango
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, or to taste
2 tbsp extra-virgin coconut oil

Citrus-Pear Smoothie Bowl.... so much beautiful plant goodness in a bowl.

I used coconut milk, banana, pear, pomelo (grapefruit works too), orange, and spinach for the smoothie base and topped it with pomelo, orange, and pear slices, chia seeds, goji berries, and mulberries.

Very yummy for the tummy ;-)
