I actually can't tell the difference between Moksha and E17 (it's been while since I used Bodhi Linux or E17). So far I'm loving it.
I first installed it on my notebook to test it out, and I liked it so much that I replaced Xubuntu on my main computer.
What I like the most is the low resources consumption, the customization possibilities, and finally, the eye candy. It's very stable too, so far it hasn't crash once.
What to do better? Some windows of the settings panel, can't be resized and are quite small (like the startup settings window). Most themes work for only 1 toolkit, and those that are made for 2 toolkits, don't match up.
The tiling module doesn't work for some windows, and for others they need to be unmaximized, iconify and open again in order to work.
Ecomorph needs some love too, but that isn't Moksha.
Over all... Solid DE!
