Bode and PFlow present: The Weekly Product

#Packagehandling lifts are used for lifting items such as boxes, totes, cartons, barrels, and individual parts. These dumbwaiter-like lifts keep these items safe and lift items with both ease and speed.

PFlow Industries manufactures two different types of package handling lifts: The B Series and the DB Series.

The B Series lift is a self-contained, economical, self-supporting lift designed for lifting boxes, totes, cartons, barrels, sacks, cases, and other individual parts and materials. It is best fit for transportation between mezzanines and between floors. The B Series lift is perfect for quick transportation to allow for increased efficiency and worker safety.

The DB Series lift is perfect for implementing into fully-automated and conveyor systems. This lift can be equipped with high-speed variable frequency or Servo drive packages. It is also self-contained, economical, and self-supporting much like the B Series. The DB Series lift can move loads to mezzanines or between floors and conveyor levels with loading and unloading from three sides.

Bode & PFlow present: Weekly Product – Hydraulic Vertical Lifts

#HydraulicVRCs are suited well for two level (ground plus one) applications making them great mechanisms for mezzanines, balconies, and other overhead space utilizing areas.

PFlow’s hydraulic VRCs not only provide facilities with a way of moving materials to different levels, but also provide a lift that is custom fit to specific applications within your facility. The D Series and 21 Series hydraulic lifts offer multiple customized ways of implementing a hydraulic VRC into your facility’s system.
The D Series lift provides features such as a 3,000 lbs. lift load, a vertical rise of up to 15’, and a carriage size up to 6’x6’. Its low maintenance and standard features making it ideal for mezzanine and balcony applications.

The 21 Series acts as a heavier duty lift compared to the D Series, providing 8,000 lbs. lift loads, larger carriage sizes up to 12’x10’, and a larger vertical rise of up to 22’. This lift also maintains a level carriage regardless of the load placement!

Bode & PFlow present: Weekly Product – Mechanical Vertical Lifts

#MechanicalVRC are designed for transporting your facility’s inventory and materials to different levels of your facility through a chain/cable drive lifting system. This movement of materials can come with various frustrations such as vibrations and general commotion to the machine caused by the chain drive system, which can potentially lead to damaged products.

In order to combat these issues PFlow has implemented its own “Quantum Drive” system as a feature on its M Series two-post Mechanical Vertical Lift! This Quantum Drive system negates vibration and general commotion, as well as increasing overall safety and performance of the lift through the use of a dual-chain design. This system not only keeps products from being damaged while on the lift, but also keeps them safe should there be a break in one of the chains.

PFlow will be displaying its new Quantum Drive system at MODEX next week! If you would like to learn more about mechanical vertical lifts or PFLow’s new Quantum Drive system visit their website:

Bode Bulletin - Weekly Product
Exterior Structures

As we have covered over the course of the month, there are multiple types of modular offices that can be installed within a facility. However, not many know that there are also structures for outside the facility.

These structures consist of security booths, towers, canopies, & a few others. A project we often see is the installation of a security booth for the entrance to a facility. These booths are pretty straight forward, offering space for security personnel to protect employees and facility space. They can be designed in a variety of different ways allowing them to easily integrate into your facility environment!

For more information on these exterior structures visit our website or Just Call Bode! 800-797-5699

Bode Bulletin - Weekly Product

Modular Cleanrooms are designed to service requirements of pharmaceutical, micro-electronics, food processing, and paint finishing industries. These products provide a controlled environment in order to test and design precision specifications for the client.

Modular Cleanrooms are also a better alternative to the conventional brick-and-motor cleanroom applications because of their ability to be relocated, reconfigured, and modified. These aspects allow for the structure to be versatile and adhere to changing needs for the user!
