We found the exact vehicle we wanted at the Tulsa Bob Moore store, but live in the OKC area. The internet sales team at Bob Moore Tulsa was very helpful in providing details about the vehicle we were interested in. When we decided to pull the trigger, the Tulsa store worked seamlessly with the OKC location to help us make a deal without making the drive.

When purchasing a vehicle there is a lot invested: time, money, getting the right vehicle. Danny Hillock in the Sales department made sure he was committed to not only making sure I was satisfied but he treated me fairly throughout the process. My suggestions would be to ask questions and have a good idea what you are looking for that way you can get the best fit for you in your vehicle search.

The purchase of a used vehicle went great. Getting someone to call you back after the purchase is another story! We have been trying to contact someone about the status of our title for 3 days and nobody will call us back. We purchased the truck 3 weeks ago...you would think since we paid cash we would have the title by now.

I went in for a set of new tires. I found the service at Bob Moore to be outstanding. They provided me a ride to and from work so I did not spend the day waiting on my car at the dealership. The quality of tires as well as the work they did on the rest of my car (oil change, alignment, etc.) was done in a timely manner and my vehicle is driving like a dream. Thanks Donnie, and your team for keeping me on the road in safety!!!

Great experience with sales staff buying my new car-dealing with the finance and extended warranty staff was a nightmare. I'm 50 yrs old and worst strong arm sales tactics I've encountered since the 1980's. Telling these guys for 30 minutes I was not interested in the ext warranty just wasn't enough. They out right lied to my face several times about the cost of monthly payment with or without the ext warranty. Finally, when I stood up to leave, another paper showed up with my true monthly payment-about $30 less than was quoted. This is the way they treat customers who spend roughly $30,000? I got my Mother a new Ford 3 months ago at Joe Cooper and the experience was VERY different-great service both front and back of house. If you have to finance, AVOID Bob Moore-not worth the stress.

Great Experience with Alan Post as a salesman. They patiently let both me and my wife fully test drive the car. All staff were friendly and they seemed very honest about the strengths and weaknesses of the car we bought. I will be back to buy my next car as well.

Had a great experience at Bob Moore when my husband and I purchased a new minivan recently. Greg Wilson (our salesman) matched us up with a vehicle that met our growing families' needs without going over our set monthly budget. I've taken my Crossfire roadster to this dealership since purchasing it there several years ago. I can't way enough about the knowledgeable service staff. When I decided I needed to trade in my CUV, I researched the Journey. A nationwide search on Dodge's corporate website found an exact match to my vehicle requirements at this same dealership. Alan's sales technique was an awesome experience. I was treated with respect, felt I was listened to and my opinion mattered. He showed me every last detail I needed to drive my 2014 Journey off the lot. What a great staff all around. A very pleasant experience. My Crossfire mechanic even stopped in to visit and congratulate me.
