There have been rumors for a little while now of the once-unthinkable happening – the 707-horsepower engine from the Dodge Hellcats getting stuffed into the frame of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, to make a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. Now multiple reports say that Chrysler’s actually built one, and they’re showing it off.

Why in the world would a dealership send out a new customer in a car they just bought on a empty tank of gas?? When I said are you going to fill up the tank with gas they said no we can't do that and they are sorry. That is not good service. I didn't realize that the tank was empty. The red light came on showing needing gas as we pulled in the drive way which was only 3 miles away from the dealer ship. That shows that they don't appreciate their customers as far as I'm concerned. Bought many cars in my time and this is a first..... as far as the salesman they were polite but seemed like their hands were tied on giving good service...

I would like to say that I don't always do a reviews but I had to with Bob Moore CDJR. After the day I had with Bob Moore I will not do business with them again. Lets start off with the day I arrived to drop off my truck.I pulled up to the service bay and got out of my truck and headed to the service desk to speak with the service rep. only one service rep was at the desk and he was on the phone for ten min before he was able to assist me. I told him i have an appointment of tomorrow and am here to drop off my truck early (so that it would be done on the day that i had reserved). The service rep tried to look me up but was unable to find my reservation big surprise. At no time did he say that they would not be able to get to my truck. I told the rep that I had Mopar total protection the extra coverage that covers the truck bumper to bumper for 100k. The rep tried to look me but was unable to find my plan. he took down my info and account number and said he would call them the next day. As soon as I left i called Mopar and got a hold of a billing operator that proceeded to inform me that I did have coverage. The Mopar operator called the Bob Moore CDJR to a big surprise no one answered, he left a message and informed the service rep to call him. The next day I called Bob Moore at 11:00 i figured 4 hrs to diagnose ball joints. called the service dept no answer so I left a message. once again called at 1:15 and talked to someone but not my service rep, he said that Jessie was at lunch and should be back in 10 to 15 min and that he would leave a message on his monitor to call me. I called back at 2:00 pm finally got a hold of Jesse and he informed me that the truck just got to a bay and that the tech was starting his inspection. He informed me that it would be 45 min and that he would call me back, I told him I would call back in an hour. after giving him and hour and half I called back with no answer. I redialed the dealership this time calling he operator and then asking for a manager. After finally talking to a manager i informed them that I would be coming down to the dealership to deal with this face to face. Once I got there at 4:30 the manager talked to me and explaned that they still had not looked at my vehicle. after talking to the service manager he acted like it was not a big deal and started to inspect my vehicle. after 30-45 min he returns and says that there is nothing wrong with my vehicle. I inform him that another shop had said that they could not align my wheels due to the ball joints. he said everything was with in tolerance. I informed him that I would go to Chris Nikel. I asked him if something was going to be done about the service rep lying to me and he said that has nothing to do with the vehicle. obviously this must be standard practice lying to customers. At that point I could tell there was nothing else to be done with Bob Moore CDJR. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. To make it even better I drove home and jacked up my front end and did the standard put a bar under the tire and lift. low and behold the tire moves in the ball joints 1/4 inch on both sides. Hmmm I thought it was with in tolerance. lets just say Bob Moore you have lost a customer and I will continue to let people know what kind of dealership you run.

We found the exact vehicle we wanted at the Tulsa Bob Moore store, but live in the OKC area. The internet sales team at Bob Moore Tulsa was very helpful in providing details about the vehicle we were interested in. When we decided to pull the trigger, the Tulsa store worked seamlessly with the OKC location to help us make a deal without making the drive.

My truck is money maker and my experience was terrible. I brought my 60k dollar diesel in for a repair and they would not answer the phone.... and if you can get the front desk to answer then the service department wont. I have left messages for Jessie and his manager with no response or a day later and end up taking it out on the poor receptionist. I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to his voicemail. STEP IT UP BOB MOORE. NO stars.

I bought a Jeep Cherokee there 14 months ago. My last service was in June and up to that point it was great. Monday I waited at the counter for 15 minutes and no one would even talk to me. That was at 1:30pm. Thinking it might be a one time event, I left and came back today at 1:45. Stood there (with two other people) and waited 10 minutes for the guy to tell me he would get to me in a second. After another five minutes, in which he sat down & fiddled with his pencil. Talked to coworkers. Helped fill the printer. I finally asked loudly if I could get an oil change. He said he would get to me in a second. OK. Apparently the service manager has been replaced with a crew of clowns. Been on hold at the main office for 22 mins as of this posting. Adios Jeep. Hello Jiffy Lube.

Unable to.come to a financing agreement and the salesman, Neal, continued to email and text my personal cell to make offers he couldn't come thru on. Even offered to sell me a car that had already been sold to someone else. Scammer. Ask for a more experienced sales person. This guy is too desperate and doesn't know what he is doing.

Great experience with sales staff buying my new car-dealing with the finance and extended warranty staff was a nightmare. I'm 50 yrs old and worst strong arm sales tactics I've encountered since the 1980's. Telling these guys for 30 minutes I was not interested in the ext warranty just wasn't enough. They out right lied to my face several times about the cost of monthly payment with or without the ext warranty. Finally, when I stood up to leave, another paper showed up with my true monthly payment-about $30 less than was quoted. This is the way they treat customers who spend roughly $30,000? I got my Mother a new Ford 3 months ago at Joe Cooper and the experience was VERY different-great service both front and back of house. If you have to finance, AVOID Bob Moore-not worth the stress.

When purchasing a vehicle there is a lot invested: time, money, getting the right vehicle. Danny Hillock in the Sales department made sure he was committed to not only making sure I was satisfied but he treated me fairly throughout the process. My suggestions would be to ask questions and have a good idea what you are looking for that way you can get the best fit for you in your vehicle search.
