I contacted Bob Moore dealership twice about getting service for my Dodge Ram truck. I had to explain the issue with my truck and give all the same information twice. Both times I was told someone would contact me. I never received a call, email, text, messenger pigeon, smoke signal, nothing! The absolute worst thing you can do is alienate the customer by ignoring them. If you have any other option other than the Bob Moore dealership then use it. If the Bob Moore dealership is your only option, then you may want to consider a Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, Edsel, bicycle or skateboard.

I was a potential customer of Bob Moore, until I met Calli Grissom. I encountered her on their website in the webchat section. As she and I emailed each other I literally ended up telling her 4 times that I did not want to come to the dealership until it determined what I am approved for and what my down payment on a specific vehicle would be. Here are some of the quotes from our email conversation... Me: ""I know what I want and what I don't want, and what I can and can't afford. My car buying experience has been terrible so far, and I really don't want to go through it with anymore sales reps. Is there a way I can check to see what I am approved for and then, if the terms are good, just schedule a visit with someone to test drive the vehicle and complete the signing?" Calli: "My apologies for the late response I was out of the office yesterday but yes we work with several different lenders we just need an available time that you can make it in, do you have time today or tomorrow?" Me: "Again, I will not come to the dealership until we have determined whether or not I am approved with a low or no down payment. What do I need to do? If this is not possible and you require your customers to come in before discussing financing, please inform so that I can look elsewhere." Calli: "What is that you trying to accomplish?" Me: "Okay, I have said it several times that I WILL NOT COME TO THE DEALERSHIP TO TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE UNTIL I KNOW WHAT MY FINANCE APPROVAL IS. Why do I have to keep saying that?? PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE." Those were just the emails from today, not including the ones from last month. She did NOT listen to me at all! She just kept trying to get me to come to the dealership. This is not my first rodeo, I know I don't need to come to the dealership to see how much I am approved for. At any time she could have directed me to a financing dept, online application link, sales rep who could talk to me about special financing, etc. She couldn't care less about what I was asking, she was only wanting to get me into the dealership so I could be heckled and bullied into a vehicle that I don't want. So far, the negative reviews I have read are right; these reps are young and inconsiderate and don't listen at all, and couldn't care less about our needs. I will NOT do business with these hyenas!!! Thank you, Calli Grissom, for adding to my terrible car-buying experience. (Sigh) on to the next dealership.

Bob Moore is great! Not only do they have a huge selection but the salesmen are top notch. If you ever want somebody to go the extra mile to put you something you're happy with and keep a low pressure approach this is the place to go. Ask for Rey when you go there, he makes the process incredibly easy and comfortable. He'll go the extra mile to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. I have nothing but praise towards him, he made my car buying experience great and due to his great work my family and I wouldn't buy from another salesman again.

We had an awesome experience with LT. He wasn't pushy and worked so well with us. He was very patient, kind, and happy which made buying a car much easier. We worked with Hal in finance and it was the easiest finance process I have ever been through. They are both excellent employees and we are forever thankful!

Pretty terrible service. Took my vehicle in on Saturday to have work done. Called Monday when they opened to verify everything was correct. They said they'd assign a tech and "Call me right back." No call. Tuesday morning I called again. This time they couldn't find my record and said "Call you right back." No Call. Called again Tuesday afternoon and this time couldn't even reach service department. Wednesday left 3 messages (2 in morning, 1 in afternoon - no return calls) because "Service department lines were just too busy." Picked up my vehicle on Thursday which took an extra 20 minutes because they had left the lights on, drained the battery, and had to jump it. I don't know why anyone would go to a place like this.

I was really on edge about going to a dealership for my car purchase. I usually preferred buying cars from private sellers to avoid the back and forth negotiating and haggling. God I hate that so much...but my experience with Eddie Durham up there made my opinion change. What a great guy. He made me feel comfortable, had me laughing at jokes, and I didn't even need to haggle because he gave me a great deal right off the bat. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to head his way, it'll be worth it. 👍

I just recently purchased a vehicle at Bob Moore. My experience was excellent! My salesman, Eddie Durham was very understanding and helpful when it came to me describing what I wanted and more importantly why I needed in a new vehicle. I was glad to see that he was so excited and ready to help me. Due to my experience, I would highly recommend Bob Moore! Thanks again Eddie!
