My husband and I just had the most pleasant experience of purchasing a new car the at Capital Chevrolet of Raleigh's dealership. Our sales associate was Woody Crawford. He was most supportive with us as we weighed our options. His providing the information, assisted us tremendously in making our decision because we were able to weigh our options. In fact, Woody's calm, easy going, non pressuring demeanor made this decision very enjoyable. Once our decision was made, he competently expedited the remaining tasks to seal the deal. Compared to previous car buying, this one was the first where a competent, compassionate, and communicative professional sales associate made it pleasant and something to truly celebrate.

Outstanding service from Woody Crawford and team. By far the easiest, smoothest car trade/purchase I have ever experienced. Top notch treatment. Night and day compared to the treatment from another local dealership that same morning. I rolled off the lot 100% satisfied with no regrets. We went to Capital Chevrolet to look for a second vehicle and found great customer service and great options! Al helped us find the perfect SUV for our needs and it fit well within our budget. Great first car buying experience! After working with Al we worked with Mark on the financial side and he was also very helpful with getting us set up with a loan. We were looking to purchase a used Equinox. A friend referred me to Tyler Johnson. I came in and met with him and knew immediately this would be a great experience. Tyler is very knowledgeable and isn't the typical "pushy" salesman. I came in to get a used vehicle and ended up with a brand new one for less money. Tyler did a lot of work trying to find me the exact car I wanted. They didn't have one in their lot in the color I wanted so he spent several.days trying to locate one and get it transferred over to his dealerahip. In the end I ended up with a nicer vehicle than I had thought I could get. Tyler really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my car buying experience. I have already referred several people to him and will definitely come back to him for future car purchases.

Worked with Brandon McGuffin when I bought a used car. Brandon was a great guy. I got a strong sense he was honestly trying to be good to my needs and wants as the buyer. They lost money on the deal and while the used car sales manager didn't seem pleased, Brandon was most concerned with getting me in a car and making sure my needs were met as the buyer. I would absolutely work with Brandon again in the future. Only knock was the used car sales manager tried to remove the 50/50 30 day warranty after Brandon and I agreed to a price over the phone. Brandon had them restore the warranty and I was satisfied.

I wouldn't say that the "car buying experience" (researching, test driving, price negotiating, etc.) is something that the average consumer necessarily looks forward to; however, I can certainly say that I look forward to to purchasing another car from Dennis Eicher at Capital Chevrolet. I think the consumer's perception of car buying has become skewed due to dealerships and mom and pop shops trying to haggle you out of your last dime - focusing more on questions like, "What type of payment can you afford each month?", rather than focusing on an ideal purchase price that you've communicated. Dennis was the complete opposite of that experience. I told him what I wanted, he presented options, and ultimately left the ball in my court. Price negotiations were simple, and I walked out of the door with a 4Runner that I and my wife were very pleased to purchase. The finance manager, Mark, is extremely friendly as well and doesn't pressure you into purchasing things you don't feel are necessary. Although, he will educate you as to what he thinks is the best decision as it relates to your new purchase (insurance, warranty, etc.). There is a saying, "Everyone likes to buy, but nobody likes to be sold." That is certainly the way I felt leaving this dealership, and I will be back for future purchases.

The new Cruze hatchback will offer 22.7 cu. ft. of space behind the rear seat and 47.2 cu. ft. with the second row folded flat. A Cruze hatchback is already available in Canada and parts of Asia.
Chevrolet this morning showed the 2017 Cruze Hatchback and provided more information about the Bolt EV that goes in production late this year.

Happy New Year! Bobby Murray Chevrolet's sales department will be open both Friday, Jan. 1 and Saturday, Jan. 2. The December incentives run through Monday, Jan. 4. Our parts and service departments will be closed those days and reopen on Monday.
