True since admin extended implementation until after midterm elections, but employers should still prepare. Also IRS counting part time hours towards FTE when calculating 50 FT workers to try to stem a normal free market response by adjusting duties and hours in response to increased costs. Businesses with 40-60 employees +/- will have to be very careful.
