Richard Sherman is still selling his You Mad Bro? shirts which were prompted by his trash talk back in 2012 after a Seahawks game against the Patriots

I wouldn't be surprised if they went on clearance soon.

A prize goes to the first person who can find a pair of wired earbuds with inline volume control that works on the Moto X (2013). Apparently, they don't exist.

I've found lots of earbuds with inline mics and some with volume controls, but the volume controls don't work on Android phones. One pair I found has a volume knob, but it doesn't actually control the phone's volume. It seems that there are some patent restrictions against controlling the volume of Android phones from earbuds or headphones.

It'd be nice if this technology was "open source".

This is without a doubt one of the best political ads I've ever seen.

"In Washington, D.C., flying drones, even toys, are illegal."

Is there such a thing as a non-flying drone? I didn't think so.

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/drone-like-quad-copter-flown-into-white-house-is-amazon-top-10-toy/article/2559255
The type of drone flown over the White House gate that crashed on the lawn is a huge seller, making Amazon’s Top 10 list of best-selling toys. So-called “quad drones” are growing in popularity and can be purchased for under $100, even those with cameras. Larger drones can cost up to $1,000. White House officials said the “quad copter” flown into the facility was about two feet across. RELATED: Secret Service reports 'quad copter' device crash at ...

I was wrong. You can install the app, but it is non-functional until you get an invite.

So much for tolerance and diversity. First openly homosexual mayor of Houston demands area pastors turn over sermons.

“City council members are supposed to be public servants, not ‘Big Brother’ overlords who will tolerate no dissent or challenge,” said ADF attorney Erik Stanley. “This is designed to intimidate pastors.”

I agree.

I hope the pastors don't back down.

Without looking it up, do you know what is special about the date 1/1/1753?

Most computer systems will not allow any dates before 1/1/1753. This is because the British empire had just adopted the Gregorian calendar, which completely skipped 11 days. (September 2, 1752, was immediately followed by September 14, 1752.)

Computers use dates in calculations all the time. If a computer were to try to calculate the number of days between Christopher Columbus' voyage and today, it would be wrong, so early programmers just decided not to allow any dates before 1753.
