This is the second time in a row the service center has shown well below average quality customer service. I came in to get a new set of tires on Wednesday, got a quote, they said the tires were in stock and I asked to set up an appointment on Friday. They said just come on in, its a first come first served process, but since we have the tires in stock, things should go quickly. I came in around 3, and they said it would take 3 hours to put new tires on and wouldn't even have time to do an alignment. So I left to pick up the car later that evening. I get a call 1 and a half hours later saying that they do not have these tires in stock but can order them. So I need to come back to get my car, which I did not have a vehicle for, so I had to bum a ride off a friend. I also already told them my car was being shipped to California the next day, so ordering the tires would not help. They said they would give me a discount, which doesn't help me on the other side of the country. I bought my car from Bob Bell 4 and a half years ago and have only taken it there to get service. So for the inconsistent multi-point inspections, not taking my coupons all because I didn't tell them I had one when they wrote it up, and just overall average service, even if I wasn't moving across the country, I would never go back to Bob Bell Nissan again

This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and the experience was awesome. Tony Forte was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to explain everything to me and even suggested that I take some time to think about my decision. He provided me with excellent service and I would certainly visit this dealership again as well as refer them to my friends and family. I love the car that I purchased and he told me to come back if I have any questions about the car.

I bought a brand new van from this place for $27,000, and you would figure you would get some good service, right?......WRONG! These people said 30 minutes on my first oil change, it took over 2 hours!...so much for "Quick Lube". Then they had no idea how to order a part for my truck. I came in and ordered the part the following week, and they were very rude on the phone afterwards, one guy hung up on me. A different person said, I will call you right back, and did not. Then finally after I get the part, it was the wrong one....this place has the worst service. I will take my truck elsewhere for maintenance!

I'm a single woman making my third car purchase and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout my inquiry and purchase with Bob Bell Nissan. The vehicle I purchase was a used Xterra with low miles and priced below book value. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable to purchase a vehicle I'd never seen or driven. Of course I did take it for a test drive before purchasing it, but wanted to be prepared to buy it when I arrived since I live 4 hours away and had to organized getting there and driving it home. The online customer service support I received from Bruce Hartz was exceptional. He went beyond my expectations in a number of ways, including looking over the car himself and sending my a video of it and his comments about it as well as having it taken to a mechanic I found near by (with great reviews) for them to look it over for me. The mechanic felt it was in great shape and noted a couple of minor things that Bob Bell Nissan took care of for me. Bruce then turned me over to Ben who took care of me when I showed up to test drive and purchase it. Once I was through all the buying details (with someone other than Bruce and Ben), Ben even set up the Bluetooth to work with my phone so I could find my way home. The next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll give them a call to see if they can help me out again. I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Too bad, there isn't a "zero" star option for these CROOKS!!! I purchased a used vehicle from this place in '05, I paid thirteen thousand dollars CASH. Less than a year later, the paint on the vehicle began peeling/cracking and delaminating. When I contacted them about the problem, I got brushed off faster than an umpire cleaning off home plate. These people were extremely RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL and impolite, to say the very very least. They did absolutely NOTHING whatsoever to assist me in any way. Apparently, a previous body repair had been done to the vehicle, prior to my purchasing it. The used car "manager" joe beach, couldn't have been more rude if he tried. Upon questioning him about what had happened, he told me they knew nothing about a previous repair. The "general manager" george davis, was/is, just as bad or worse. Once these thieves have your hard earned money, they want absolutely NOTHING to do with you. It amazes me, how they all play the "nice guy" role, when they wanna make a sale. The minute you leave the dealership, they suddenly develop a serious case of amnesia. What's even worse, there's NOTHING you can do about it, either. I've gone through the BBB, Attorney General, television stations, you name it. Nobody wants to help the consumer, NOBODY! So, take it from me, if you're even remotely considering giving these LIARS/THIEVES/CROOKS your business, take your money elsewhere, they certainly don't deserve it!

What can I say. The staff is awesome. It began with Nai Cooke, who called me after my internet search on Tuesday. By Wednesday at 2 pm, I was greeted by Nai with a smile. I then told I needed a salesman who was sincere and was not going to give me too much nonsense. Well, low and behold, here comes Ed Purcell, who was knowledgeable, funny and professional. Then, I do to the Finance Section, which we all know can be a bit annoying. After purchasing my last two cars from Bob Bell, I was pleasantly surprised to see Ms. Helen still handling loans. I got a better rate than expected and she is the best. I had to hug her when I left. The Gen. Manager also came out and commented on my smile. I thought I was going to get a 2011 or 2012 Nissan Altima and left with a brand spanking new 2013 Kia Optima. I could not have had a better experience. I knew when another Dealership called me I had to come to Bob Bell first. It will be an honor to refer Bob Bell Nissan and Kia of Baltimore to family and friends. See you in about 5 years for my next car or truck.
