Had a great experience buying my Z4 from BMW of Nashville. I worked with David Bartol and he exceeded my expectations, very easy to work with. I found the perfect car I was looking for and drove 13 hours from MN to buy it. Placed a deposit over the phone so it was reserved for me. Once I reached Nashville, David and his team was very prompt in getting the paperworks done and got me back on the road quickly. The car was just as described on the website. Highly recommend them!

I have called in over the phone several times to ask about parts I needed to do my own work and somehow I always get Caleb who is great on the phone and even better in person. Always seems to know where the part is sitting and has me in and out of the store in no time at all. As a manager in the automotive business I would steal him away if he didn't enjoy where he is so much. Great guy.

BUYERS BEWARE! This dealership will sell you products and services with smile and friendly approach but they will not honor their promise nor BMW's brand promise. I bought a new 2014 228i from this dealership in October. I paid almost $42,000 for a piece of junk with a BMW badge on it. > The indicator arm snapped off (broke clean). They would not cover the parts or the repair under warranty because it is fractured. The "Master Mechanic's" assessment was that it was broke. I had to spend $1500 for this repair. I am a qualified Professional Mechanical engineer with 26 years design and development experience. I work for a great American company that designs and manufactures construction machines. Looking at this broken part I can tell with a high degree of confidence that BMW will have had more of these failures. This is a very poorly designed plastic part that is not fit for the purpose. Of course there might have been a manufacturing defect, but without getting the part it in the lab that is difficult to assess. You certainly cannot determine root-cause of failure with a cursory look, which is precisely what this dealership has done. > The park assist camera has stopped working and the proximity sensors work intermittently: After spending either 6 hours (or 3 hrs?) to diagnose the problem, they could not find the fault. I had to withdraw the vehicle because they did not have a loaner and I needed the car. It is going back in for a deeper dive, but I don't trust this dealership to fix it. The question in my mind is do they really know what they are doing? do they have the right tools? and why would the service adviser tell me his mechanic spent 6 hrs trying to find the problem and the service manager said the same mechanic spent 3 hrs?? > When I purchased the vehicle the salesman explained the fact that there were no spare tires, instead the vehicle is fitted with run-flat tires that cost about $500 each. He encouraged me to take out a road hazard insurance and given the cost of each tire, I listened to his advice. I hit an object on the road and now have a damaged side wall. When I took the car in for the above two repairs they advised me that the tire needs to be replaced because the side was integrity is compromised. However, since the tire is not losing air, the hazard insurance does not apply. What? The insurance they sell you is another way to extract some more money out of you for nothing. It took 3 attempts before the service manager returned my calls. Of course he had bno value to add and that is 30 minutes of my life that I am not going to get back. I tried my luck with BMW of America, but all they could promise was an internal review of the process, nothing more. I am currently looking at legal options, but as soon as the camera is fixed I will be trading this junk with a more reliable brand like Audi. I have owned several Mercedes Benz vehicles and currently own an Audi Q7, so I am very familiar with German engineering and customer care/support. My recent experience with this vehicle, this dealership and BMW of North America is unlike anything I have experience before. The vehicle is unreliable and the service support from this dealership is worst than what you might expect from a 3rd rate low end vehicle brand dealership. Therefore, unless you have money to burn, I'd stay clear of this dealership and BMW.

Avoid at all costs!! Sold us a "used" car with one owner. BUT it was not one owner it was a Courtesy vehicle. When called on it they then just ignored us. We have signed paperwork over and over and now they want us to drive back in from MJ again for the 3rd time to sign more paperwork and will not tell us why or what the paperwork is for????

Had one of the best buying experiences at BMW of Nashville. My sales rep Phil Castillo treated me like gold and was super attentive and helpful. When I picked up the car they treated me to a "Red Carpet" experience and made me feel so special. It was a refreshing customer experience.

Leah Shinn was excellent to work with as our client advisor. The dealership was very busy when we arrived, but we had Leah's time and attention to every aspect of our buying experience. Definitely recommend Leah!

I have a 2011 BMW 335d with only 23,000 miles on it. The car is shaking violently because it needs new rotors and brake pads. The service advisor (Wayne) and his assistant (Brad) told me that it would not be covered under the manufacturers warranty because the car, "sat for too long". Pretty comical right? Yes, apparently you must drive your car and you can't get it wet or you will develop rust! This is the worst experience I have ever had at a automotive dealership. I guess thats what a $45000 car gets you...

I asked for a quote. during the email exchange when i mentioned i have better deal from other nearby dealership. here is what i get as a response --- "Our 528 is a great price. There are 7 BMW stores between Nashville and Raleigh. I'm not sure what your looking for with so many available? If the price is too high on a BMW, we also own a Honda store here in town. Would you like a worksheet on an Accord - it may be closer to your budget. Just trying to help. -Pierce"
