Howard Wu is your guy if you want to buy a BMW... If you are in NJ, and in the market for a car, then I highly recommend Howard and BMW of Bloomfield. My experience there was extremely great and Howard was pleasant and a pleasure to work with... The whole car buying experience went great, and so unlike my other car buying experiences! Howard went out of his way to make it a pleasant experience and I highly recommend you see him for your car needs!

What a nightmare having to deal with service department at this dealership. Terrible customer service! After countless trips to the dealership, the car was returned after fixing the problem with suspension but I found out later that air conditioning fan was not working. And the unpleasant attitude that we were shown at the dealership after reporting that was a bonus. My car was towed in to this dealership because of pothole damage. Unfortunately, it was the closest one to where the car broke down. It took them two weeks to fix it during which all the calls/voice mails to get the status went unanswered. When I finally went to pick up the car, the girl at the counter told me to wait while they bring the car. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked her where the car was and she rudely told me "they are bringing it". A few minutes later another rep asked us what we were waiting for. When we told him, he went to check and the keys were still hanging in the key drawer. No one was bringing the car while we were waiting there like idiots all this time. After bringing the car home, I didn't drive it for a couple of days, but when I did, I found out that climate control fan was not working, which means no heating or air conditioning. I called the rep who was working with us, but as usual, the calls and voice mails went unanswered. I drove 45 minutes to get to dealership to report it and they turned me away saying that there was no technician available and I would have to come back another time. The next day, I left a message for the manager to report this and asked for help to fix this. He told me to bring the car in the evening. I asked if I have to leave the car overnight, would he be able to give me a loaner? He said he will try to squeeze us in. Unfortunately,l trusted him and took it as a yes. When we brought the car in, we were treated with extreme rudeness by the manager, Peter. He told us to wait in the office, spent a couple of minutes inside the car, and came back and said, "we didn't do anything to your car. your blow motor is broken" and went away. I wonder how he was able to figure this out in a couple of minutes. And even if the motor it broken and I find this out a couple of days later after bringing it from the dealership( during which I didnt turn the fan on ), should I have to pay for the repair? When I asked them for the loaner since I would have to leave the car, I was told they didn't promise me the loaner on the phone - right to my face. So I just drove out of there without leaving my car with them. Because I felt this was what I was indirectly being told to do through the attitude. If you are thinking of bringing your car here for service, my advice would be to stay away at all costs. And if you do bring it in, check that every single thing is working before driving it out of the dealership.

Tina was such a great help. I can't believe I was able to get such a great car at such a reasonable price. You're truly a gem, and on a scale of 1-10 you made the experience a 15. Every night before going to be I have to look at the car. I've told a number of my friends and family members about my buying experience. I have no problem recommending Bloomfield BMW & Tina to anybody. Marv

Recently bought a 328i xdrive with the help of sales representative Tina. The buying process was a breeze and ended up driving away in my new car the same day. I would recommend their services to anyone interested in buying or leasing an ultimate driving machine, as they are very attentive and caring with the process.

I am surprised that I did not find a review for Andrew. He is an awesome sale rep there. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of him. I hate sales rep who are pushy. We went for test drive right away and he even went to Pennsylvania (from NJ) to get my car as my desired one was not in his inventory. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him.

I purchaseday a used 11 x5m from a client with employment from Ray catena. This is a very complex x5 with maintenance needs needed to be observed carefully. Although I had a thourough inspection by catena techs. I went to bmw of Bloomfield to get a ppi inspection on paper and receive the detailed service docs detailing what the truck has already gone through. My experience was great while I was there the GM is fantastic and the inspection went well. When it came down to getting the previous records I was told by Stefan the service advisor that it would be emailed to me and not to worry. Well after over a month of waiting 4-6 calls and 2 emails. Still no email. I didn't buy a Honda. And didn't pay extra for a ppi inspection from this bme of Bloomfield for nothing. I came for the service. I want that info so I know what the truck will need and what had already been taken care of. According to the service manager at jmk bmw I should have no issue in receiving this information. It's a shame I wanted to continue the service at bmw of Bloomfield, but it looks like they don't follow through. Also just to remark I worked in the auto industry in sales. Years ago so I'm not expecting top notch service. Just a call back and promise's to be kept.

From the moment I walked in until even after I left with my brand new BMW, I felt like family at the Bloomfield dealership. Howie Wu and manager Bob treated me and my family with respect and kindness. I never felt pressured but rather guided through my entire purchasing experience. Howie and Bob were honest and helped me to get the best deal possible on the exact car that I wanted. They did not allow me to compromise what I really wanted and even helped me get all the bells and whistles that I was hoping for. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Howie to any of my friends and family who are in the market for a vehicle. Thank you so much for all that you did for me I am in love with my new, ultimate driving machine!
