Nothing but excellence I only had to make 3 trips to the dealer to make my deal happen - there was no run-around or haggling. One to get my pricing options (excellent prices), one to place the order, and one to pick up the car. This is how straight forward the process was at BMW of Bloomfield. Christian Graciano was excellent and added to the ease of the lease of my new 435 xDrive. Since this vehicle had to be ordered, Christian was vigilant in providing me with constant updates on the production status/location of the vehicle on it's journey from Germany. This was not necessary, being that the order status can be viewed online or by calling a toll-free number, but Christian's efforts did not go unnoticed. The process from beginning to end was flawless thanks to a great dealership and an excellent client advisor. They will certainly have my business for the foreseeable future. It is also worth noting that I visited several other BMW dealerships prior to BMW of Bloomfield, and my review stands in comparison to the other dealerships and client advisors that I dealt with.

This was my first time in a BMW dealership and I am happy to say that it was a great experience thanks to Shahid Saleem's very professional service. Not only was he extremely patient but also very knowledgeable about all the types of cars available. He was also very honest and down to earth which made my car buying experience that much more enjoyable. I am extremely happy with my BMW and look forward to doing business with this dealership and Shahid in the near future. Thanks again Shahid!!!

I have been going to Bloomfield service dept for years, as I am on my 4th BMW. I scheduled an appt online about 1.5--2 weeks ago as I've had an oil leak and they wouldn't service my car until it was due. I dropped my car off at 6:30am. I hadn't heard anything from my service advisor--who on my online page says is Tom, so I decided to call in the afternoon to check on my car. I called ALL afternoon. The phone just rang and rang. And rang. At 5pm, someone finally picked up the phone and I asked if my car was ready...the receptionist tracked down my service advisor (who I am now told is Kristen or Christine--I'm not really sure of her name because the receptionist had to relay messages between the two of us because "Christine" didn't actually pick up the line to speak to me). The receptionist told me that my service advisor said that my car didn't actually even make it in the shop today because they were "so backed up". Excuse me? Isn't that what an appointment is for? On top of that, apparently my service advisor "Christine" doesn't have a phone or internet access, because she failed to call or email me to let me know that my car wouldn't be ready. Instead, I had to try to call the service dept. ALL DAY to get the status of my vehicle, which was frustrating enough, only to find out that they didn't even touch my car. Had I known earlier, I would have planned to leave my car overnight. I let the receptionist know that I will be picking up my car, and going to another BMW service dept. Hopefully my new place will have advisors that actually advise when there are issues.

OMG I Have never taken the time out to write a review, but I am thankful that you did. I have been dealing with this dealership now for the last 5 months, I have spent close to $7000 on a series of different things, I have not had my car a full month before it has to be back in the shop. I was told I had a front leak, a rear leak the radiator was leaking all different times, I picked up my car 2 weeks ago after dropping it off for so called leak upon picking it up it was jerking I told BMW that within 1 hr of picking up the car and following up with an email. Now they say the jerking is something else and its $ 3250 they must be crazeeeee., and the worst thing on almost every occasion the service advisor was fired. My last advisor Steve he quit and now I have Trevor my car has been in the shop for two weeks and counting.Thank you I hope my review will help someone else stay away from this service dept.

I recently took my car to Bmw of Bloomfield, NJ and had my 2003 BMW M3 serviced. They were taking care of a reprogramming recall on the M3. Jeffery Couch was the service advisor who help me out. Not only was he very informative, he is also a proud owner of a BMW M3 as well so we both had a lot to talk about. Jeff also helped me obtain a loaner car for the day until the recall was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone who owns a BMW.
