Yes, its nice and is in a convenient location but...Financially it's not worth it to live at BlueStone!! I'm so angry... they snuck in a prorated charge of $366 for August (half of a month's rent), but I had to be out by August 2nd... When I confronted the front desk, she gave me this guilty look and just shrugged saying that she didn't know why they had to do it. Very disappointing... On top of that cost, they also gave me only $237.94 of my $500 deposit back because of a "soiled stove and refrigerator" and "misc. charges" even though I cleaned that apartment very well! Really sucks, especially when I had all of the finances of my new apartment to deal with the same month. Just be very cautious if you live here...

I think its the best academically friendly housing available. The location can't be beat and the study rooms great. No more trudging through the snow to go to the library just to struggle to find a spot to study. I can walk right down the hall in my slippers and coffee to one of the many study/reading rooms. Same goes for my workouts. There is a 24 hour gym with quality equipment on the the property which is very convenient. The few minor issues I've had I reported to management and they were very good at responding to my needs in a reasonable amount of time. Overall I would recommend bluestone to anyone.

As a student, I absolutely love BlueStone Lofts. There's no way to beat the short walk to campus, and it is still just a short drive to the stores or places that I want to go. The staff is always working hard to maintain and improve the building, and they are very approachable. I always feel welcome walking through the front door. Even though the prices may seem high at first sight, they seem more than affordable when all the features are added into the equation. Overall, I love BlueStone and hope to be living here next year!

The television at bluestone has been atrocious. Most stations do not come in well or flutter in and out. The audio does not match with the video and the major channels do not come in regularly. If this happened only one time each week it would not be a big deal but it is every day for the last two months and nothing has changed. Please get a different provider, because if tv is "included" in the price at least make it not a rip off.

BlueStone Lofts provides a luxurious experience catering to all members of the Duluth community, from retired individuals to families and students. Continuously the staff is working to better the facility, and really listening to the needs of the residents. I am proud to say that I live here, and am excited that I have renewed my lease for next year. A beautiful location offering an experience like no other in Duluth. A well maintained facility for those looking for a 5 star living experience.
