Hey guys! I was in the hospital a few weeks ago due to my own negligence (too much caffeine supplement + not enough water) and I got quite a scare. The caffeine supplement was to aid me in my workouts, but I overdid it and wasn't keeping track of my water intake. Hello heart palpitations, anxiety, and pure panic! So after the hospital visit (injected with a bag of sodium chloride, LOL), I went to get a physical. Turns out my magnesium level is slightly low.
