Second question: how many billions will be paid to lawyers and how many courts will be tied up for how long to the exclusion of other plaintiffs and defendants?
+Mike Martin not sure... of course there will be plenty of courts etc... but I believe much less than is expected. The reason is that companies learned from last couple of years of patentwars... they now know more or less eachothers patent portfolio´s and they are more likely not to step in eachothers ¨patent waters¨

The consumers will.
+Fei Cai Consumers will win provided Apple and Samsung compete in the market; we'll lose if Apple keeps trying to compete in the courtroom and wins.
