This is so great! Thanks for sharing +Elizabeth McCarthy

Today we launched Google Handwriting Input (http://goo.gl/qWWhDU), which lets users handwrite text on their Android mobile device as an additional input method for any Android app, supporting 82 languages in 20 distinct scripts. It works with both printed and cursive writing input with or without a stylus. Beyond text input, it also provides a fun way to enter hundreds of emojis by drawing them (simply press and hold the ‘enter’ button to switch modes). It also works with or without an Internet connection. Learn more at http://goo.gl/j7lFbC

Carol, your words capture the essence of what it feels like to be a change agent, in schools, right now. In the midst of all the chaos - testing, evaluation, mandates, etc., there is a need for difference makers. And we all must support them, cheer them on, lead with them, and not be afraid of them. Your poetry is lovely. What a wonderful tribute to them and to you.
In this world ridden with fast-paced change, high stress factors, and issues of outcome, productivity, and accountability, difference makers are the thought leaders, the champions, the mentors, and the guides to organizationa...

Once a person gets going with spreadsheets a use case that tends to pop up pretty quickly is the need to combine data from multiple spreadsheets for some kind of analysis. In this post I will share how to combine the  arrayformula and importrange functions in Google Spreadsheets to make data from multiple spreadsheets more accessible.

Truth and Trust
No living person is more closely linked with the concept of business leadership than Jack Welch. Even for those who have never put a foot on the corporate ladder, who couldn’t tell Six Sigma from Six Flags, Welch’s name is instantly recognizable. During his time as CEO of GE — a two-decade span that started in 1981 — he took it from a $14 billion company that was thought of mostly as fine but lumbering to a $500 billion one that was fast, full of...

Thoughtful post about the lack of diversity in Tech, Leadership, and yes, companies in general. Thank you +Jaime Casap  This post deserves a more thoughtful statement from me that I will work on soon... but for now, "Yes, Python." gets a double like from me.
“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers.  The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo.  You can...
