BJC Medical Group employee Michelle Kanady and 28-year-old daughter Karissa Dickherber are especially thankful for the chance to celebrate the holidays together this year.

Last year at their family Thanksgiving dinner, Karissa discovered a concerning lump on her neck and showed Michelle. At Christmas, they noticed that the lump was even bigger.
