First, I must tell you that this strategy works, right here in the UAE and around the world, because we do this everyday for our customers.

We are members of the UK Direct Marketing Association and they published this article on '10 Reasons to Consider External Lead Generation'. It's certainly brings up some good points, such as not distracting your sales team, and greater accuracy = higher conversion rates = higher revenue. But if you are the kind of person who gets a thrill from saving money by servicing your own car or doing your own ironing, then this is not for you because its always cheaper to do it badly yourself!

Here is a very interesting article on Cross-Channel Marketing. Let me make a simple analogy; if someone tells you the same thing in the same way every week, this is called nagging! So if you send the same email at the same time every week, this is online-nagging and will result in a significant drop off in your response rates.
