Antivirus solutions are just not working or stopping these types of attacks - and it's not just Iran that should be nervous. Companies like #Google report of constant attacks by nation-states like China (Operation Aurora) and others. These type of methods are obsessed with stealing valuable information and even more concerned with remaining undetected. This means avoiding blacklists that antivirus solutions largely rely on to detect "known" threats while the unknown ones troll your netword for years. Flame is just the first of many, and only trust-based application control (Bit9 Parity Suite: stops these types of attacks.
