So here's the deal, to help to improve your health and physique?

You need to eat fish like mackerel, sardine, or salmon (but not too often). Fish, and seafood are really rich in Omega-3, or take 6 grams of omega-3 fish oil per day ( Check at Trader's Joe, Whole Food)

Make sure to sleep 8-10 hours a day in a dark room, 

Drink a lot of water (how much? A lot), and green tea

Choose a grass fed, hormone free meats

Eat 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables per day . Eat probiotic yoghourt for better digestion, and better nutrients assimilation.

The aim is to lower your inflammation, and to fight free-radical.

Eat less starchy carbohydrates, and eat more beans, sweet potatoe...

Eat more healthy fat like  100% organic extra virgin olive oil, walnut oil, coconut oil.

If you use the few tips above, you'll see results. What kind of results?
