Yeah, I've had that as well. Sometimes that goes away miraculously as well. I installed the android remote on my phone, which works reasonably well.

So curious does anyone else with a Nexus player ever have their remote just disconnect randomly? Mine does it very often...wondering if this is a known issue or not.

We've been a Grioli's customer at this location since they opened! Let me start off with we will be back, but we're not happy about our recent experience. I placed a togo order for 2 Pasta Caprese's, 2 house salads, and 1 tiramisu. I even confirmed the dishes ingredients and the woman taking our order confirmed it as correct. Once I picked up the food and returned home we discovered we had the wrong dishes. I called back and agreed to bring them back to have the order corrected.. I once again confirmed the dishes we had ordered, even mentioning the Pasta purses which highlighted the dish. When I arrived back at the restaurant she apologized, and then made excuses for the kitchen. (Don't make excuses, just admit fault and move on.) Once our dishes came out, she showed them to me, at which point I realized they were still not what we expected... when I asked why the dishes had Linguine and not the pasta purses, she answered by saying "ohhh we don't make those anymore" .... So I being hungry decided to just go with it. The dishes ended up being pretty bland which surprised us, as Grioli's has always made good food that is seasoned well. Needless to say we will triple check our orders going forward. Excuses and failing to know the menu at time of order is unacceptable!

My wife and I try to go here once a year, usually on our anniversary or one of our Birthdays. We have been going here for a few years. Now we are by no means "regulars" and we have had great experiences here. This year was quite a different experience. To start off the menu was different than previous years, which wasn't a bad thing. Then it took quote sometime before we were even greeted, and the guy just said "can i get you drinks?" Once our order was placed (this took some time) we were pretty much left to our own devices until food came. I had to flag down the waiter several times for things he should have noticed on his own. Then we had to flag him down again after sitting for 20 minutes with our napkins on our plates to get the check. We were very disappointed with the level of service we received from JIM, however we may come back again...its up in the air at this point. This restaurant is "fine dining" it'd be nice to get that level of service all the time. **The scores I gave this restaurant is based on all of our outings here, not the most recent.

We went here on a Saturday night. They were busy but not slammed. The manager was very friendly and offered us appetizers to "compensate" us for having to wait for close to an hour for our food. Once our meals arrived the Lamb burger was really good. My wife had the Pan seared Trout, and said it was very good as well. The appetizers were very good too. Our server was odd to say the least...very quite and not very engaging. My wife's iced tea went empty a couple of times. Our beers stayed full though. The Beer selection is almost intimidating, but a good variety. However they appeared to be out of the ones we wanted to order... and they only had 1 Oktoberfest style...its september and you have the largest variety in Fredericksburg.. you should have several seasonal varieties. I guess had we not waited soo long for our food the service rating would have been better, but our server disappeared during the long wait.
