Rooms are typical courtyard layout and quality, which is moderate. Beds are firm which was unexpected but very appreciated. Walls are paper thin though.

Commits every sin a restaurant can commit While we were excited that the beach finally has an IHOP we are still in shock by just how bad our first experience eating there turned out to be. (1) A full lobby but at least half dozzen tables ready and waiting. (2) After being sat we waited 20 minutes before another waitress went and got our waitress to take our drink and food order. (3) Our waitress forgot several times to bring brown sugar to the table as requested and always had excuses. (4) And she never checked on us. We had to always call her over. Even had to run her down to ask for a receipt. (5) The coffee was cold. (6) The food took 45 minutes to come out. (7) The quality of the food was terrible! We had to send back a milkshake that was nothing more than cold milk with whip cream on top. I added avocado to my omelet for an extra $1 and got three little tiny slivers. (8) The receipt was wrong and had to be sent back as well!

Wife bought a 30 min drive for my birthday, only to come back to the hotel to find me sick for the rest of our visit of Singapore. Dream Drive would not refund her purchase even considering my sickness. That's not customer service.

Rooms are small but nice. Lobby looks grand. The elite/platinum member experience isn't great. Waiting in the elite member / mobile checkin longer than I would have waited in the normal line. The elite lounge breakfast is a joke.

New construction with modern design. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Wish it had better pillows though.

Ask for Ryan! I just bought a house, and was very nervous that the A/C already seemed to be acting up. I am one of those annoying customers that remained behind him the whole time and asked him a dozen questions. Ryan was very patient with me and answered all my questions, walked me through all the checks he was doing on the system and went above and beyond to meet all my requests. Because of this I am now signed on for a maintenance agreement and will try to always request him when my unit needs serviced in the future.
