The video from my presentation to the Scientific and Technical Publishers Spring Conference is online. In it I talk about the value publishers add to the scientific process, the mistakes publishing companies are making in dealing with the scientific community, how terrible the pdf format is for the scientific literature, and how open-source journals and journals which do not judge the importance of a work are changing publishing.
