Best meal I have had in Costa Rica!!! We had grilled tuna and grilled mackerel. OMG, so fresh and so good. They both came with homemade salsa that was to die for. The salsa was made with mango, papaya, peppers, cilantro and olive oil. So flavorful! If I could have this salsa everyday I would be one happy camper. The fish was grilled out front by Tez and the wonderful smokey aroma of the fish grilling really got the appetite going. The service from Peter was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is very Caribbean. The cafe is right on the beach front with a fantastic view of the beach and sea. The price was fantastic! This is one place in Manzanillo that you cannot miss! I will be back!

This soda has everything going for it. Good food, fast friendly service, great prices and a great view of the village square and beach. My wife and I love it. This is our favorite soda in Manzanillo. We have had 2 breakfasts here. A ham and cheese omelet and a ham and cheese sandwich the first day, then pancakes and the fruit plate today. The pancakes are delish. What really stands out is the prompt service. This can sometimes be rare at the sodas but not this one. The chill atmosphere with the view just off the main square makes the experience here very relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back.

Fantastic location Jamaican style restaurant right on the beach front. My wife and I ate lunch and dinner here. When you enter you hear softly played Island music and you are warmly greeted by Andy the owner. We had curry vegs, Caribbean chicken, Fajitas and shrimp w/rice and beans. All the food was good and the Caribbean chicken was great! The meat was falling off the bone and the jerk spice was delicious. There was a live 2 piece (guitar and bongo) playing Bob Marley covers at dinner, with locals dancing and customers singing along, which made the experience fantastic! The service was fast and the English spoken by the staff was excellent which was nice as my Spanish is malo. The price of food is higher than other places in Manzanillo but with the higher price you are getting a fantastic Caribbean beach view and a overall good experience. I will go back again.

Worst customer service I have maybe ever had. Ordered bracelets 3 weeks ago and still don't have them. AND they can still not tell me the status of the order. DO NOT ORDER from these guys.

My wife and I had lunch here. We tried the ham and cheese sandwich and fries. The sandwich was ok after all it's just a ham and cheese sandwich. What I can review is the service and price. Both of which was not to my liking. It took FOREVER (1 hour) to get the food. We have tried all the Sodas in Manzanillo and this was by far the slowest service. Also, comparing prices versus the other local Sodas, prices were high for what we got. I doubt I will go back.

My wife and I had a breakfast and a lunch here. For breakfast we had the scrambled eggs with tomato and scrambled eggs with ham. Both were served with rice/beans. It was good and when I asked for Tabasco sauce they brought a homemade pepper sauce made with cucumber, onions and hot peppers. OMG this sauce was absolutely delicious! If there, you must give it a try. For lunch we had fish tacos and a burrito with a side of fries. The tacos were good plus they came with a side of coleslaw. The slaw was very good, light and refreshing. The burrito was the best thing I had there. The rice-bean-beef mix in the burrito was spiced with what I am not sure but it was delicious, especially coupled with the fresh soft cheese (not melted) on top. For entertainment we got to watch a sloth slowly climb a tree just across the street. So cool. The service here was also very very friendly and fast. They showed a lot of patience with my horrible Spanish. I plan to eat here again!
