Spent very little time in class, thereby learning many things otherwise that would have remained obscure. OU was so enthralled with my performance, they asked me not to come back for my sophomore year.

4 years sea duty, achieved E5 and learned many more things that I would have been ignorant to as well.

The recent Yelp/Yahoo partnership has angered some local business owners who say years of positive reviews are now gone from their Yahoo Local business listings. Some of their stories were told this week in the Wall Street Journal, including Colonial Hardwood Flooring of Lexington, Mass. The company says it had built up “six years of […]

5 Tips For Responding To Negative Customer Reviews Online

It’s holiday time and I thought I’d spread a little cheer by talking about negative reviews and how fun they are for local businesses. As Ye

Not sure where to begin. This was probably our 4th or 5th visit over the years, and every time we have been thrilled with the food, amazed at the service, and in love with the vibe. From the talented and personable folks who greet us with a big smile, to the visibly happy waitstaff, to food that is better than 99% of all the other restaurants we have experienced in Provincetown - the Lobster Pot is a huge home run. If you visit in season, expect to wait a short while, but know it will be worth it.

Words can't describe how good we feel about bringing our beloved family member here. Paulette and Lori care about the dogs entrusted to them as if they were their own, we have never experienced anything like this level of love and care anywhere in the past 20 years and now our 4th dog. If you want to leave your best friend with someone who really cares, Great Woofs is for you. We were drawn by the amazing facility and accommodations, but now will never leave because of the care.

Recently had the pleasure of using Randy's expertise to complete a remodeling job in our kitchen. He showed up on time, on schedule and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Randy does not get flustered when confronted with the surprises that can arise from working on wiring in an older home. He figures out the best solution, and then gets it done. Terrific experience.

Mark in the Mini Service Department is what makes this all work. It's simple - Mark cares about his customers, and make no mistake he truly feels that any Mini owner who presents themselves for service is his responsibility. My first Mini, an 03 Cooper was taken care of by this service department only, and went over 230K miles before I sold it. My current car, an 09 "S" just had extensive work done under several recall campaigns - no problems at all, a true pleasure to do business here.

These folks have terrific service. We have a 20 year old range that the 'self-clean' cycle was broken. Made the appointment, was told how it all works, got a call the morning of the repair confirming the exact time window, Dave showed up - had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Ran through complete 'clean' cycle perfectly! Will go here when we replace our appliances for sure.
