The recent Yelp/Yahoo partnership has angered some local business owners who say years of positive reviews are now gone from their Yahoo Local business listings. Some of their stories were told this week in the Wall Street Journal, including Colonial Hardwood Flooring of Lexington, Mass. The company says it had built up “six years of […]

5 Tips For Responding To Negative Customer Reviews Online
searchengineland.com

It’s holiday time and I thought I’d spread a little cheer by talking about negative reviews and how fun they are for local businesses. As Ye

Top notch service on older machine. We have a 20 year old Ariens snow blower that Norfolk Power has been servicing for the past 10 years or so. We call in July, they pick up the machine, they call with an estimate, they service the machine then deliver it back - simple as it gets. They showed their true colors however when we had a problem after the machine was delivered back to us this year. There was a fuel leak, when Wayne (their road service person) came to look at it, he located the problem, took it with him, and they returned it fully repaired in a few days time. When we used the machine in the first storm, it ran a bit rough. One phone call, and Wayne came right back and made the proper adjustments right in our driveway. We never hear any push to 'get a new machine', they really 'get it' when it comes to service. True professionals, we'll never use anyone else, and when we need a new machine, we're going to them.

Best experience ever in buying a car, talk about zero pressure! Peter is as nice a person, as he is a true expert in his field. The 09 Cooper S has been completely trouble free, and returns for scheduled service have been as pleasant as we've ever experienced. We now bring both of our cars to Peter for service, and find the trip from Foxboro well worth it for the trust we feel for this company.

Sure wish there were Mini Golf like this here in the Boston area! Neat, clean, friendly, and fun! They need to promote their Burger Shack as a destination in itself, would have come for dinner without the golf, great experience.

Excellent experience. Helpful and friendly staff, and really fresh fish and shellfish. Best local market I've found.

What a pleasure it is to deal with this company. Devany has the best delivery drivers (can you say; smiling in a snowstorm when we were running low on fuel), the most professional and prompt technicians we've ever had the pleasure of having in our home, and a billing department that understands if you have a real emergency and need an extra week.

We started with oyster sliders and the mussels in cous cous. The sliders were sooo good, smooth texture, delightful crunch and the subtle zing in the topping. The muscles were heavenly, like nothing we've ever tasted, shelled and plump, the saffron flavor delightful in the Israeli Cous Cous, amazing, don't miss it. We then had 2 dozen oysters; ICO and Wellfleet, some of the best we've ever tasted, plump snd briney. We shared the lobster roll that was overflowing with meat and the meat was mixed with a very tasty but not overpowering seasoning. We closed by sharing a panacotta dish that was exceptional, all in all each course was memorable on it's own. Excellent service by knowlegeable staff, attentive but not bothersome, and we took our time and never felt rushed. Truly a wonderful evening, ICOB is now on our short list of favorite spots - can't wait to go back!
