I had been shopping dealers in Citrus County with only one possibility. I sent an email to Bill Bryan Kia and received an almost immediate response. The night my husband and I came to the dealership, Mario Font was available to help us. He was very informative with out being pushy. He listened to what I wanted and did mot try to sell me something I didn't want. I have been very happy with Mario and the dealership as a whole. I have had one oil change so far and the service department was a pleasant place to visit. Everybody was friendly and cheerful during my vista. Thank you to everyone at Bill Bryan Kia!

I was actively looking to buy a nice used vehicle and had been to several dealerships already. My daughter bought her car from Bill Bryan Kia last year and has been more than pleased with all aspects of the transaction and thrilled with her car. I stopped in...just to look....and was very surprised and happy with their "no pressure" sales staff. I bought a really nice Altima with the options and payment I wanted and have been completely thrilled with my purchase!! The local Altima dealer did not even come close to the great deal I got at Bill Bryan. I will always go back to Bill Bryan for future purchases and highly recommend it to all of my friends. On Monday I bought a Kia Credenza from Bill Bryan Kia and Bruce Ruff helped me through this process. It was a pleasant experience. Bill explained everything to me about the car. He was very courteous and helpful. I felt no pressure to buy the car. I would recommend Bruce to anyone who would like to buy a Kia. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. Definitely an upgrade from previous experiences.

I have bought several Kia's with Bill Bryan at their Leesburg dealership. As most women, shopping for cars I felt it as pleasant as getting a root canal. I keep coming back and bring others because this dealership changed how I felt. Recently, my brother Ricky came in and Dustin helped him to purchase the 2015 Forte which he loves. Dustin listened to what we said and what he wanted and make the experience swift and successful. He is a real asset to their organization. I have to compliment their service department, Erika is outstanding and no detail department does half as well as Willie and his merry men. Great business takes great employees !

I must say, our experience with Dorothy was great! She made us feel like family. Introduced us with everyone that works at Bill Bryan Kia, even the service department. She worked and worked with management until we got the price we wanted to pay for our new vehicle. I would not even hesitate to reccommend her to anyone interested in buying a car. Bill Bryan Kia and Dorothy are the best you can get by far!!

I went to them to get spare keys made. They were very nice. However I ended up having them call me about four separate times to let me know they were ready. This when after the first call Id arranged for the keys to be mailed to me. I waited two weeks and got another call that they were ready. Another week and got another call saying they were ready. At one point I'd forgotten to call back from the second to last one- to one again give my address and VIN. The fella was a tad rude considering I'd waited and already supplied the information a number of times. We will see if the keys get to me now. I think they should. A week later: I got the keys. They aren't cut right and don't work.

We bought our Soul from Bill Bryan 2 years ago. The sales experience was very good. The continuing service is excellent. Service reminders are good. They even sponsor a club for Soul owners with several catered get togethers a year. Great dealership.
