SCUBAPRO's JET FIN is famous. Its durable rubber construction and distinctively beefy shape has
been seen on dive boats, research vessels and in the world's most remote dive locales since 1965.
Mention "JET FIN" to virtually anybody who holds a C-card and they'll know exactly what you're
talking about. Featuring a proven vented design that decreases drag on the up stroke and enhances
thrust on the down stroke, the JET FIN set the standard for power and durability 50 years ago.
To this day tech divers, deep divers, military divers, commercial divers, dive instructors -- as well as
old-school recreational divers -- still strap on their favorite pair of JET FINS before every dive.
Clearly, when you're diving with JET FINS, you're diving in good company
Scubapro are offering these colours to celebrate 50th Anniversary of the Jet Fin price £115 order now arrival at Big Squid in November.

'Help solve the biggest question in diving: What’s best sidemount or twinset?* It’s the question that doesn’t need an answer but if you’ve been wondered about which one might be best for you then here’s your opportunity: On Sunday 2nd of August Big Squid will be running some twinset and sidemount try dives at Wraysbury dive centre. There’ll be an intro to both styles of diving and a chance to have some fun and dive each setup. Of course you're also welcome to come and try just one if you're already qualified in the other. Oh and you're also welcome to come if you're on a rebreather and just want to hover silently in the background, building up your hours, like a suspicious onlooker in a public place.
The cost will be £30 to try both or £15 if you just want to try one of the systems. We have got limited spaces so let us know if you’d like to join!**
*Please note the question may remain unanswered at the end of the session.
**Please also note the cost includes tanks and tec kit but you’ll need to bring your own exposure suits, masks etc because none of us needs that kind of negativity in our lives.'
Minimum level of training required Advanced Open Water

I had the most amazing experience at Big Squid during my Open Water Diver course. I started the training absolutely terrified of water and completed it with self-confidence and I fell in love with diving. It is because of the patient and knowledgable instructors that I conquered my fear. I am defo continuing my training with them!

Great dive company in south London. I completed my PADI rescue driver course with them a number of years ago and have been away on many dive trips both in the UK and overseas.

John, the owner, is a legend, very resourceful, very knowledgeable, nothing he can't fix and always knows what to do when presented with an issue or a request. He is surrounded by a great crew of friendly professionals and a fantastic bunch of regular divers. The courses are excellently run and the dive trips, UK and abroad, are always great fun. Way more than just a dive shop, can't recommend Big Squid highly enough.

I've just finished the Open Water Referral course and my experience has been excellent. The instructors were all very friendly and extremely competent which put the whole group at ease for the pool dives. I felt very safe and relaxed. The Knowledge Development session was also excellent and the instructor again put us all at ease creating a great learning environment with lots of Q&A and discussion. I feel completely equipped to go on to the Open Water dives. I would definitely recommend Big Squid to anyone wanting to learn to dive.

I've been out of the the water for a few years, and wanted to start doing some dive holidays again, so I've did the refresher with Big Squid. They were well organised, and the course covered everything I needed to know from setting up the equipment - tank, valves, regs, BCD and weight belt, to fin topping buoyancy skills. I now feel more confidant in going back out diving again.
